Suddenly, Zelos sits up on the couch he's on and shouts. "EVEN ELECTRONIC BRAIN PANCAKE CRYSTAL ELDERLY!.....ugh....my head....what happened?..." O_o"
Rhone boards as well and travels directly to the front of the ship and stands on the very tip of the front and crosses his arms staring forward. "Ahhhh...I've always loved the sea...."
Regal boards and stands next to Kratos. "Hey...when we get to Sybak, I'm going to part ways for a bit..if we're looking for other warriors to help with this, I think I should try to find Presea."

Still looking out to sea, Kratos nodded. "Understood. That would be in best interest." He paused for a moment and added, "Hmm... If even Colette hasn't an idea of where he is...please be on the lookout for Lloyd as well."Colette and Azriel jumped a little at Zelos' nonsensical outburst. After regaining her composure, Colette briefly explained. "Well...what was that word Rhone used...um...Eloysio 'brain'd' you. ...Whatever that was supposed to mean, heheh!" sweatdrop Azriel blushed out of embarrassment and made an apologetic bow. "Yeah, basically...Master Eloysio got this huge ethereal hand to appear behind you and kick you upside the head. Sorry about that." sweatdrop Just about too ashamed to make eye contact with Zelos now, she looked up and over in the direction of Eloysio. He was still busy, writing away on the parchment. "Heh," Sheena slightly chuckled, patting the winged girl on the shoulder. She then went on semi-jokingly, "You don't have to apologize, Azriel. He had it coming to him since he thought he could still call Eloysio a fairy." >_>Though they were distant, Eloysio's ears could faintly pick up parts of the conversation. Unfortunately, the words that stuck out the most were his name and the word "fairy". He stopped his work for a second to glare over in the direction of the four with that 'evil eye' stare. "Who's calling me a fairy now?!"Feeling a slight panic, Colette answered, "N-no one sir! It wasn't meant that way!" "Hmph..." Eloysio grunted, and returned back to his work.

((EDIT: Gah! Your response wasn't there before I posted this! xd ))
Uriel found himself a comfortable spot in one of the hind corners of the boat. It had a wall to protect against water, and the benefit of solitude. He lay his body over the edge and draped his arms to extend towards the water. He quickly realized, however, if he kept that up his breakfast would follow his arms' direction, and pulled himself back up. Uriel was relieved to find the blond man was below deck and out of sight, but those same two dogs that pestered him in Meltokio were in clear view. One seemed to be having trouble with the motion, while the other was practically being strangled by a woman with silver hair. He decided against interfering, concerned what this woman may do if she and the dogs were separated. She clearly wasn't sensible and Uriel doubted her intelligence by the way she was carrying on. How did this odd woman find herself among the Chosens' group. Then again, how did he?
A sudden pang of hunger pervaded Uriel's thoughts. When was the last time he had eaten? He never had food after the Coliseum, and he avoided eating much before in case it recurred in the arena. He found some solace, knowing Sybak had a large cafeteria. Still, his mind was tormented by the thought of never eating again, as false as he knew that was. His mouth slumped, similarly to his posture, into a melancholy "n" shape. The wave splashed by to be replaced by more waves, and even more waves, until the scenery became a not-so-fantastic blend of blue and white that Uriel resented. The ride shouldn't be too long, but the pains in his abdomen were stretching every second into three.

Lyra smiled as she controlled the boat the way she usually did by herself but she felt a lot more nervous since she had passengers aboard. Breathing calmly, the small girl decided not to bother herself with her own petty thoughts of what she'll say to her mother about her friends or what questions they would ask her... Wait! Had she really asked them to go with her to Sybak? Well, she did have business with her mother and was going to visit her mother but she didn't expect the group to follow her to her mother's abode. "Dammit, why do you have to be such a dummy...?" She half whispered to herself as she gently guided the boat. Looking up from her blank stare at the controls, she saw land approaching them quickly. Slowing the boat down, she reached for the radio and spoke into it. "We are nearing our destination everyone. Please hold on for a slightly abrupt stop. Thank you." ^_^ Lyra place the radio device back onto it's place and began slowing the boat down more at a very abrupt pace, finally coming to an end at the dock. Picking up the speaker again, Lyra began to speak into the intercom again. "We have now landed safely at the Sybak dock. Feel free to exit the boat at your own pace and I apologize for the sudden stopping." Lyra sighed and turned off the intercom and exited her Captain's cabin, intending to be the last to leave the boat.

Uriel's long ears twitched at the sound of the boat stopping. He ran, and jumped off the boat, completely ignoring the carefully placed ladder. Mid-jump he shouted, "I'll meet you guys," -umph- as his feet hit the ground, "later!"
He sprinted in the direction of the university town, the prospect of food dominating every movement of his muscles, accompanied by the restlessness of his nerves from sitting on that boat. The simulated movement of the water had done nothing to make his still body feel comfortable. So onward he pressed. Nearly at the entrance, he stopped to feel his nearly empty pockets. He didn't have enough to even buy an apple, especially now that Sybak had dramatically increased their prices on food and other resources. He had heard so from a studying nurse in the Coliseum's Recovery Room. While he jogged back toward the group, his face contorted with vexation, he thought about what the cause could be. Could it have anything to do with that blocked-off path? Of course! If I couldn't pass through there, it's probable neither could carts carrying food and resources. For the first time he thought about the odd circumstances. Would they have let him pass if he claimed to be on a pilgrimage? After all, how would they know he isn't with the church? But that was beside the point. What happened there?

((Heads up, Cinkel's going to make a return. ^_^ *waves* Anytime you wish.)) "Ooh!" Colette squealed in surprise, as the abrupt stop made her lose her balance and fall on her bottom. "Oh my. Are you alright? Here," Azriel, who had been able to keep her footing, extended her hand toward the little angel to help her up. "Yeah, I'm fine. It...happens a lot. Thanks!" ^_^ She took her hand and pulled herself back up to her feet. On the other hand...the jerk in movement made Sheena stagger about...and land right in Zelos' lap. "Geh..." "Ay, misericordia." Eloysio slightly frowned in distaste at the black blot on the parchment that the boat's sudden stop caused him to make. He shook his head and held his wand normally, making a few swishes to magically reverse the damages. "I'm not done yet...I hope I can find a place to finalize these..." Putting away his wand, he fluttered closer to the winged Half-Elf and sat on her shoulder. "Azriel, if you could please put away my papers? As the young lady said, we should be exiting the boat about now." ^_^"Yes, Master Eloysio." With an obedient nod, she stepped quickly over to the table, rolled up the parchment, and gathered the rest of the things to put back in her bag. Kratos made his way over to the door that led to the lower cabin, knowing that some people were still down there. He waited, intending to be one of the last people to leave as well, so that he could watch their backs. ((I'll be moving this along quicker once I see Lee and Vance catch up. ))

Zelos quickly seizes the opportunity introduced to him and hugs Sheena's waist. "Couldn't resist me, hunny?" :3
Rhone, seeing the ship suddenly halt, jumps off the end of the ship, flips in the air, and lands on the ground nearby. "A short lived seafaring adventure..but a refreshing one nonetheless." He sits on a nearby rock and watches the boat, waiting for everyone else to emerge.
Regal approaches Kratos and nods towards him. He intended to help Kratos watch everyone's backs, but afterwards, he would embark in his search for one of their allies.

"Ugh..." Sheena moaned in disgust, shoving her palm in Zelos' face. She was blushing a bit, however. "Dream on, you jerk." She went on to pry his arms from around her waist and get right back up, storming off toward the stairs, still blushing all the way. Azriel and Colette, who had seen their exchange, giggled softly with their hands over their mouths. Eloysio chuckled heartily for a second. The two girls followed after Sheena, going up the stairs. Once back up on deck the ninja chief regarded Regal and Kratos with a nod of acknowledgment. Looking past them, she saw the half-elf professor still curled up in a seat, clutching Oro. "Uhm...Raine? You okay there?" sweatdrop Azriel and Colette proceeded to hop off the boat and onto the dock, then walked over to regroup with Rhone. While waiting for the others, the former turned to look at the academic city in the distance and sighed. "Something wrong, Azriel?" Colette asked with a look of concern. "Like I said...I'm still not sure about trying to get into Sybak. Just me, I mean, because I know the rest of you could get in fine."

Raine startled to find that they were already at Sybak, when Sheena spoke to her, "I'll be fine...just fine." Raine immediately, dropped Oro and walked slowly towards the side of the ship and crawled onto the dock.
Oro stumbled across the deck not knowing what was worse, him getting strangled or the fact that his stomach felt like a dragon on a rampage. He slowly crawled off unsure of his footing
Schwarz on the other hand was bounding happily around the ship before he decided to jump off to the dock landing beside, and growled, "Nothing feels as good as the salt water breeze of a ship."
"Speak for yourself," whined Oro as he was laying on side.

"You just leave that to me." Rhone smashes his right fist into his open left palm and grins at Azriel and Colette. "The people of Sybak...at least most of them...know me. A lot of the trust me. Others....are too afraid to try to force me out of town. The Sybak Research Academy is responsible for my condition...well sort of. They made my exsphere. So I'm sort of a celebrity around there. If they see you're with me...they won't even think to go against you. If they do...heh...let's just say they'll be sad."
"What do you mean they'll be sad?" Zelos had followed the others outside as well and was now sitting down on the dock.
"It means what it sounds like it means. They. Will. Be. Sad."
(I'll post as Regal once everyone's off the boat. ^w^)

Azriel blinked, staring in slight awe. She didn't have anything to say to that, but she began to smile. Eloysio cleared his throat to call attention to himself. "Er-hem. Don't forget about me. ^_^ They won't expect the kind of punch I'll be packing." At his words, Azriel's smile became a grin. Sheena blinked as she watched Raine traipse onto the dock, and followed after. Though once setting foot on the dock, she was still level-headed enough to keep at a pace faster than Raine, and continued past her toward where Rhone, Colette, and Azriel were standing. Understanding that the ferrywoman wasn't going to budge until they did, Kratos nodded at Regal and proceeded to step off the boat. Noticing that the blonde pup was lying on the ground and looking ill once he stepped on land, Colette stepped hurriedly up to him. :< "Aww, is Oro not feeling so good? Here, I'll give you a lift!" ^_^ Without waiting for any response from him, she gently scooped him up into her arms and cradled him like a baby. Looking around and seeing that everyone was out, Sheena nodded and spoke up, "Well, let's get going already." She turned and began to lead the way. ((Aw man, I hope he doesn't throw up on Colette. ))

Lyra jumped off of her boat and waited for the others to be a safe distance away from the boat until she decided to follow them. She had something to do and she didn't want anyone else to see. Pacing back and forth on the dock, Lyra contemplated again weather she should tell them of her Half elf blood or not. She wasn't very strong at sensing other elves mana in them nor was she skilled enough to use many spells but with practice, she might be able to.

By the time Oro was brought into Colette's arms, Uriel was nearly back to them. He wove his hand in the air to indicate his presence, but had about him a defeated-looking demeanor. "I uhm... gave up on the food thing. It seems I have even less money than I thought." He finished retracing his steps to find himself before the Chosen, the bodyguard, and his target. An awkward company considering the circumstances. The small dog staring intently at him was not helping his nerves, nor was his hunger. He called toward the boat, "Lyra! You have food back at your house?" He knew he was imposing, but he didn't have other options.
Asking the others was out of the question, and she hadn't denied him so far, even after their original encounter. In fact, she hadn't once brought up obvious signs of his Elven blood, such as his clearly distinguishable long, pointed ears. Come to think of it, she hadn't brought up any personal thoughts on anyone. No opinions, no questions. Not even why they're traveling. Pretty careless considering the girl's young appearance. Which could only mean she was more concerned with just getting back herself. If she didn't ask about her new acquaintances, they wouldn't ask about her. A foolish hope. Uriel would make a point to talk to her later in private.

Lyra jumped slightly at the sound of her name and then turned around, smiling. "Of course I do. I'll cook everyone something when we get to my house." Sighing in defeat, she decided to follow them to Sybak after all. Tying her boat to the dock, she quickly caught up to them. I'll just come back for the boat later... She thought as she walked a few paces behind the group.

O_o What, thought the golden pup as he was scoped from the ground why must I... just then his stomach acted up, ...ugh I'll just deal with it. -_-
Schwarz held in a outburst of laughter, Collette your lucky he isn' feeling well, he never usually do something he'd consider humiliating. While I- He hoped up on top of Sheena's shoulder, and whispered to himself, "thrive on it." ^_^
