fenrirs breathing went back to normal and the blood stopped and his eyes opened and he slowly turned to kawaii

Nero turned his head around to face a girl who just appeared at the scene. Still crouching down near the pool of blood, he put his hand up behind his shoulder as a way of saying hi, "Just got here, not my fault either..."

He stood up, cleared the dust from his knees with his hands and turned around to face the girl completely. "Nero's the name", he said with a smile as he extended his hand out for a shake, "and what's your pretty name?"

Then he noticed someone was at the door and realised there was another girl who actually lived at the place. He turned his full body over to the new face and asked, "Isn't this my lucky day! What's your lovely name, beautiful one?"
