I've finally got my Codex on pre-order. Having looked through it I probably should have saved my money for a predator and a box of thousand sons (which Rev.Matt is converting and painting up for me). But hey, I've got a month or so yet.

I've been sat at my local GW store, reading the new codex, and I've come up with a rather amusing army list.

dear god i am afread my brother have just gotten like another 30 OOP khorne dudes and now has 5 rinos i wont get like even one turn of shooting agenced them it is unfair and i just reread that list i will prabably get almost the same amount of shooting agenced that to crying

Theyre not hard to take down, nor are they that fast. And unless they can assault out of them like a landraider, I think youll be fine.

King Phar move 12 deploy smoke next turn 12 and turn deploy marines behind them next turn move them out of the way of chargeing khorne guys we sounds like fun Ok, first off, if you get the first turn, theres some shooting. Next off for the second turn, smoke launchers only cause penetrating to be glancing. Thats it, and on armor 11, on a storm bolter packing trnasport, a hits a hit. Third turn on the charge, what are the khorne guys going to do? They move 6" correct? So total you have 30 inches moved, if youre worried about avoiding CC than that shouldnt be too hard to get around.
Honestly, its nothing to worry about, and if nothing else theyre using up at least 50 points per squad for the rhinos. So less units to worry about.

So less units to worry about.Sorry, I just think that it is very difficult to kill 7 Rhinos with 2 rail guns (still need to assemble the 3rd for the last tank it's all bent and stuff) in 2 turns of shooting, but this might be because my brother goes on and on about how unbeatable his army is and how the tau will get slaughtered without a fight. He is very good at not only breaking the morale of the models in combat but also at breaking the morale of those he fights against. I just think that after I have seen 1 knorne lord (nothing else) kill a 2000 point army of ultra marines it is pretty hopeless. MOD EDIT.
We need 50CCs of Grammar here, stat!
