Kieiru remained unconscious the entire ambulance ride, gasping in pain from his ankle. The paramedics looked at it, hoping to figure out if they would be able to treat it. They looked at Reigen and asked her how his ankle got like this.

Reigen told them as much as she knew about Kieiru's injury. She also told them about how she had sat him in the bed with an ice pack thinking that it might of been sprained and how they were planing on going to the hospital when Kieiru lost feeling to it.

The paramedics listened carefully, then started to look at Kieirus leg. Thank god that the dark coloring hadnt spread any further than his shin. They hoped they would be able to treat it.

Reigen sat there listening to the paramedics talking as she looked on with worry. As she did so she held Kieiru's jacket and boots in her lap.

The paramedics continued to work, putting an oxygen over his nose and mouth, pumping oxygen into his body. He hadnt really been breathing, as two others looked at his leg. They tested it, first by checking if he still had feeling. They poked needles into it, looking up into his face to see if there was any change in his expression. Nothing happened. He remained silent and frozen with his lack of awareness. They began to work at the ankle, maybe massaging his foot and ankle. A wave of pain shot through him, his teeth clenched as he cried out in pain. Another paramedic asked for more detail from Reigen. "When did he start to show that his ankle had been hurt? And when did this happen?"

"Oh...um it was late lastnight and um...I'm not sure exactly when it happened he kind hide it from me. I only noticed that he was hurt once he had been walking on it for some time. By then it was already purple and swollen."

The paramedic nodded as she spoke, then thanked her. He got up and moved to another part of the ambulance, as the other paramedics moved away, as Kieiru lied in silence with Reigen. He moaned as his eyes opened, speaking through the oxygen mask to her. "R-Reigen..."

"Ah...Kieiru?" Reigen was a bit surprised at the sound of Kieiru's muffled voice. She had been worring about what would happen to Kieiru when she suddenly noticed him speak.

Kieiru's voice was indeed muffled, but also quiet. He reached a hand out to her, wanting her close. "Ah-Are you still with me Reigen-san...?"

"Why of coarse I am Kieiru, why wouldn't I be? Oh..." Reigen smiled reaching out to hold his hand as she spoke. Then stoping with a frown as she realized that this was kinda the same situation as the last time. Which made her worry again.

Kieiru smiled triedly at her, squeezing her hand weakly. "Ah...are you alright...Reigen-san....?"

"Um...me? Oh I'm fine, Kieiru, just fine. I'm worried about you though." Reigen was a bit shocked at his question at first, but then smiling once again she kissed his hand gently.

Kieiru looked at her and winced, still smiling weakly. His head was pounding...he looked at Reigen once more, as his vision began to blur, Reigen disappearing as he blacked out, his hand limp against hers.

"Ah...Kieiru?" Reigen panicked a bit and turned around quickly without thinking as she stood up calling to the paramedic's. She told them what had happend in a worried and shaken voice that clearly showed she was fearful for him.

One of the paramedics listened, and looked at Kieiru's limp figure. He moved his hand to his side again, making sure oxygen was flowing to Kieiru's body. He took Kieiru's limp arm in his hand as he checked his pulse. It was steady and slow, as was his breathing. He smiled at Reigen and patted her on the shoulder. "He's just blacked out...He'll be fine..." He listened as the ambulance driver told them to sit down. "Oh. Miss, I ask that you sit back down, were approaching the hospital and dont want any injuries..." He spoke to her as he stood next to the stretcher Kieiru was one, another paramedic on his other side.
