Poor Wei will have to force himself not to drink. There can be a time skip if you want. ;3 I have a person that I wanted to come with Vi to the party...fufufu~ [/nonsensicalrambleramble] ]]
Wei looked vaguely displeased. Scratching at the back of his head dully, the snake shrugged a bit before almost nonchalantly scooping the kitten up. He would have rather slept in his own bed...but it probably stunk of Ea which would only make him stay up for hours when he really needed to be sleeping. Besides, Ea had a rather large apartment, he surely had a few guest rooms that the two could occupy, right? Ea wouldn't do anything to cause the kitten any sort of discomfort anyway, and apparently driving back to his own apartment would do just that.
Looking left and then right and that back to the left several times over, the snake squeezed up his eyes before pitching forward, the light teen still in his arms, in order to find a spare room. Wei murmured a question, asking Liao where he usually stayed when he slept at Ea's place. The boy easily pointed a room which Wei soon found and plopped Liao down on the bed in the specified room.
"Well...j-just get some sleep, okay?" The snake muttered somewhat awkwardly, an apology on the tip of his tongue. He felt bad about this whole thing... The crash, their little spat before the crash...the way the little kitten's eyes flashed whenever he maneuvered their discussions towards something...something Liao just wasn't interested in.
"Look, I'm really--" The snake stopped. Liao looked too tired to even sit up. Wei would do this in the morning. "Nn, just get a lot of sleep, see you tomorrow," he muttered before leaving with a ruffle to the teen's hair.
It wasn't long until Wei found himself back at Ea's door. To hell with the younger male's friend, the mongoose could entertain him later. Wei needed to speak with the hopefully less angered teen. "Oi, Fluffy, open up."

((IT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE MAGICAL. 8DDD And, by the way, I will have a returning character at the party... think you can guess who? Clue-- he's a smezzy beast. 8D <333333 Annnnnd... I'm using one color because I'm lazy like that.))
Liao had tried to protest when the other picked him up. Wei was hurt... Wei was himself only just barely conscious. But besides that, being carried like that was just too embarrassing! It was too much... made his cheeks burn, despite how tired he was. Muddled as he might be, he could still feel the bright burning in his cheeks. It was so embarrassing... made his heart beat too much....
But all that was soon settled as the man deposited him in the bed. He was so... so... tired. He was so sleepy that the other's words barely even registered with the teen. Practically the moment Liao was snuggled under the covers, the boy's eyes had closed and he was fast asleep. He needed the rest after everything that had happened.... He could deal with the problems tomorrow.... problems like how he was going to participate in the concert now that he no longer had a violin.

When Wei had left, Ea had been on hooks and nails. His entire body had been so tense, so incredibly tense..... He wanted Wei near so so badly -- it was almost instinct now. But, at the same time, he needed the man to be as far away as possible. Ea was so intensely afraid of hurting those close to himself and Wei was the one most in danger of that horrific possibility.
As so, to calm himself, the teen had gone off to the shower. The running water, the warmth.... it all helped calm him, helped relax him when he so desperately needed to relax. It hadn't been a long shower, though. He was quickly out, ivory locks plastered down against his face, skin slightly damp as he pulled on a loose, long-sleeved pajama shirt and a pair of soft, warm pajama pants. Despite how he ran warm, it was winter after all.....
But just as Ea was about to slip off to bed -- Eric could go to bed whenever he wanted, as he knew the way around Ea's apartment and wasn't at all helpless -- when he heard the other's voice at his door. The mongoose stiffened slightly, deliberating several moments before, finally, he answered. "W-what do you want....?" But despite his words, he had already gotten up and unlocked the door. He couldn't help it.... he was a slave to even the smallest of his instincts and desires -- and, right now, he wanted to see Wei..... Despite the other's words, he was still worried..... And though he didn't want to admit it, Ea had begun to feel uneasy when Wei wasn't with him. Wei did stupid things when he wasn't with Ea -- things like get in car crashes and... s**t. Maybe that meant that when Wei was with Ea, some of the mongoose's intelligence rubbed off on him. Or maybe he just acted like less of an idiot around Ea because... just because.

[[I went to bed like right when you posted that. I was so tired it was killing me. x__o;; Well, I know you said you wanted to bring Dov back, but is there someone else? O^O;;]]
Wei was going to say something about just opening the door already, but part of him didn't have the strength and the other vaguely recognized the faint click of a lock unlatching the door in its place. Opening the door, the snake thought for a moment about his answer before gently tugging the teen forward by the hem of his shirt, just close enough to lean in. The white-haired male would probably mutter some irritated retort at him, but Wei didn't seem to mind as he nipped at the other's lips. It was a slow movement , maybe because Wei couldn't muster enough energy to make it any faster, which turned into something close to a kiss, his tongue tasting water and steam and heat on Ea. It was almost sad how easily he could do this. Ea had been so mad at him and yet it was as if Wei had completely forgotten.
"What do I want...?" Wei asked, his voice low, eyes just barely open. "What do I need? I think that's pretty obvious," he said with a faint tilt of his lips. He by that point had Ea trapped between his arms. And for a second he pressed his forehead against the teen's shoulder but suddenly stiffened and turned his head, making an odd noise in the back of his throat. He hated the way he was practically clinging to the other but, god, he just wanted hold him and...and make him smile and-- Ea was making him a ******** sap. "Can I stay?" He asked, his lips against the teen's neck. Wei didn't have it in him to ask anything more from Ea, but he was practically begging him to let him stay with him as he tasted freshly cleaned skin.
His body apparently didn't like him standing for so long, nor the energy Wei was using in order to persuade Ea into lending him a bed, preferably with the mongoose in it as well. Because his body did not like these two things, Wei had to stop and simply breath against Ea and hold him tight to keep himself upright.

When the other didn't answer, Ea was about to start protesting, to demand that Wei told him just what... why he wanted to come in. But even Ea didn't quite have the energy for that. It was late and it really was time to be sleeping. His human half knew that, though the mongoose part of him would have been perfectly happy to stay up all through the night. By this time, Wei had already started to tug Ea forward and now pale brows were furrowed slightly above those obsidian eyes. Ea's breath caught slightly. Wasn't Wei supposed to be too weak to do anything? But he couldn't deny the tingles of anticipation that the other always sent thrilling down his spine..... Only... this was different. Wei wasn't being wild and fierce and what Ea was feeling was... different from usual. Calmer. He... he didn't quite know what it was, really, except that he was still worried about Wei.....
"W-Wei...?" he mumbled, brow furrowing once more as the other leaned in closer..... It was a nice kiss, given the circumstances, though nothing to what Wei could usually do. Ea's cheeks were flushed slightly and he didn't know why. It hadn't even been... that much of a kiss. Maybe because it had been slower... maybe that was causing him to mistake it for tenderness. Well, it couldn't be! It was just... just because Wei was tired. It wasn't anything.... more.
Wei's arms had wrapped around him by this point and, surprisingly enough, Ea wasn't protesting. Even his neck was blushing, now that the other's lips were pressed against that very sensitive area. Stupid Wei. He should.... know.... should remember about his neck. "S...sure," Ea replied, trying his best to ignore his usual instincts. This wasn't the time for.... that. Why did his body have to think even the smallest motions was going to lead to that?
But his thoughts were interrupted as the other started to put a good deal more weight onto him. "W-Wei...c'mon....." he mumbled, somehow managing to move slightly from the position he was in to one where he could at least somewhat lead the other over to the bed. Once there, he made Wei sit first and then followed.
"G-get some sleep... or you're gonna get even stupider than usual," Ea muttered in an embarrassed way. Well, as it was Wei on the receiving end, this was about as sweet and caring as Ea's words could get. If Wei at all knew the way Ea worked by now, he would recognize that -- at least, if he was awake enough to think.

"Hnn, you would say that," the snake mumbled, kicking off his shoes with his last bit of energy before he slumped to his side, pulling the other close with an arm around Ea's waist. He was so fluffy and warm and smelled nice after having taken a shower... Pressing his face against the younger male's neck, the snake breathed deeply.
Wei slept like the dead. Tonight was no exception.
It usually took some time to fall asleep though, but tonight he fell asleep so easily it would've have worried the snake had he been conscious of it. He awoke with a groggy feeling in his bones. He probably should have slept longer but it was no use.

It didn't take too long for Ea to fall asleep, either. It felt... nice... sort of... comforting. It was rare to have a body presed against his in sleep -- real sleep -- without something else having happened before hand.... And though he was unused to it, it wasn't at all unpleasant. Flushed and a little bit too excited, Ea nevertheless managed to fall asleep.
The morning came all too quickly. Though Ea's mongoose self would have had no qualms with sleeping the entire day away, the ivory-haired teen had trained himself to be able to get up, regardless of his animal instincts. Black eyes opened slowly. It was... if not overly early, then early enough. He didn't really have any preparations left for the party or anything, but he needed to be up before people began to arrive. True, the party didn't actually start till that night.... but there were always people who chose to show up early in order to binge a little on Ea's lifestyle.
"Nghh...." Ea made an indistinct noise as he stirred, eyes slightly groggy. Something was... pressed against him. It was warm and... soft... sort.... and it smelled like.... like snake. Ea leaned forward, nuzzling his head slightly into the crook of the other's neck to leave a small n** on the flesh there. Perhaps it was because it was morning and he was groggy, but he was being surprisingly affectionate -- for now. "Morning...." he mumbled against the other's neck, black eyes pressed shut.

"Oi, oi, don't go bitin' me first thing in the morning," Wei mumbled, still only half awake but enough to realize what Ea was doing. "You'll give me a heart attack or somethin'," he said in a just as slurred voice as he ran a few fingers through bone-white hair. He wished he could sleep against the teen all day long until he felt normal again but that just wouldn't be very productive. Curling a hand around the back of Ea's head, Wei smiled a little before pressing his lips against the teen's temple. "I don't do well to being woken up like that, you'd best be careful, you might just get a bite back," Wei said with a little grin before shifting his arm a bit. It was asleep.
Very much asleep and it hurt a little to try and move it from under Ea. The snake made a little pained noise as he flexed it, pins and needles tracing up his arm. "Next time you think about using my arm as a pillow just don't," he said with a wince as he rubbed at the numb appendage.

Ea shrugged, giving Wei a look that clearly said "so?" He might have cared more had he actually been awake, but at this point nothing Wei said sounded too frightening.... Maybe he was just too asleep to take notice of the note of truth in the other's statement. "Nnghh... but at least you're up now, right?" he mumbled contentedly as the other's fingers brushed through his hair.
As Wei moved, Ea shifted as well, though he didn't seem to particularly mind the fact that Wei's arm had fallen asleep. It was Wei's fault, anyway. Ea stretched slowly and then, his movements fluid and not at all hurried, sat up. He yawned a bit before replying to Wei's comment. "Then... next time you decide to collapse on top of me be more careful how you position yourself 'cuz you were the one who put my head there."

"I suppose that's true," Wei murmured, agreeing for once as he flicked his arm a bit before running a hand through his hair. Patting his hair down, the snake frowned a little as it sprung back up into its usual haphazard, almost shaggy, almost spiky nature. "Maybe I'll just have to get used to it," the snake murmured with a silly grin as he leaned forward and kissed Ea squarely on the mouth. He didn't taste nearly as minty and fresh and deliciousygoodness as he did the night before but Wei didn't seem to mind it in the least.
After he finished peppering Ea with kisses, the snake aimed to tug his shirt off. "Do you mind if I take a shower?" He asked, folding his shirt over his hand before attempting to look up at his forehead which was an impossible feat. "How does it look?" He asked, before picking at the bandages.

Ea looked just about equally mussed. His hair was a bit of a mess, flipping out and up and sticking out slightly haphazardly. Well, even if he was a mess it was an undeniably adorable sight. The kiss Wei presented him with was welcome. Wei had undoubtedly noticed by now that Ea had a definite weak spot for kisses. True, he was usually very sensitive... but he loved kisses, even if they were just little ones. He shook his head slowly in response to the other's question. "Mmmm... I'll probably end up joining you....." he murmured.
"Nnnnnn..." Ea leaned forward to examine the other's forehead as Wei had requested, his eyes still slightly murky with sleep, but focused and attentive nonetheless. "Looks like it hurt a hell of a lot," he muttered, brow furrowed slightly. "But it looks okay...."

"Good," Wei mumbled before swinging his legs over the side of the bed, laying his shirt at the end of it before standing up with a wobble. "Eh, didn't you just take a shower last night? You smelled like soap," he commented, his eyes drooping a bit at the thought. Ea had smelled...nice.
"Whatever, come with me if you want," the snake said before looking around the teen's room for the entrance to his bathroom. After finding it, Wei took the bandages off fully before turning on the shower. He stared at himself in the mirror for quite some time, green eyes examining his forehead before the snake stripped fully.

"Nnn... yeah, I did, but someone has to keep you from passing out in the shower...." he murmured, a light grin on his lips as pale fingers raised to brush back equally colorless bangs from his pitch-colored eyes. "At the very least, I can keep you standing and upright. Wouldn't want you to collapse again....."
And so, true to his word, the small teen rose slowly from the bed and made his way to the bathroom after Wei. As Wei was staring himself over in the mirror, Ea had already moved to the shower and was turning the water on, adjusting it to a good temperature and then wiping his hand dry before he stripped. It was cold away from the bed and the warmth of the other's embrace and the lack of clothing made the change in temperature even more apparent. Shivering lightly, Ea mumbled, "Hope it gets warm soon.... S'cold."

"Eh, you're so damn fluffy, the cold shouldn't bother you," Wei murmured almost absentmindedly, throwing away the strips of gauze before he wrapped his around the teen's slight form, leaning in to smell his hair. He felt like a dog or some other sort of obnoxious mammal, but damn it Ea's hair smelled good, plus it allowed him to make an excuse that he was simply using the other to stay standing. He probably shouldn't go run a marathon, or even walk one, but he was well enough to keep standing but Wei wouldn't tell Ea that...
Knowing Ea he probably already knew though...
With a smirk, the snake pushed the mongoose into the shower even if the water wasn't completely heated to the intended temperature. The water sent his skin into a frenzy of goose bumps and Wei was...forced into pulling the mongoose close against him, if only for warmth's sake. He couldn't get too cold, he was a snake after all and would get sick if his body temperature dipped too low.

"I'm not fluffy right now," Ea replied slightly huffily, though he quieted down quickly enough once the other had wrapped his arms around him. A bit of pink and crimson burned across the teen's cheeks, lips drawing up into a small pout. Damn Wei and his... his ability to shut him up. Of course, Wei could usually never do that... but it was the morning and Ea was a little too easily excitable. Not that he was expecting anything to happen -- at least, nothing too much. He needed to conserve his energy for tonight, after all. He liked it when Wei held him close and recently the man had been making him rather more tongue-tied than the teen would have liked to admit.
But then Wei started to push him into the shower. Surprised and completely unprepared, the mongoose had no choice but to follow the other's proddings, stumbling slightly over the threshold as he went.
The water sent a chill down Ea's spine. It wasn't really all that warm yet and Ea was more than grateful when Wei pulled him close -- even if he had been the sneaky b*****d who pushed him in in the first place. Ea clung slightly to the older male, small shivers twitching up and down his spine for several moments until the water finally warmed up slightly. "Sneaky b*****d," he mumbled against the other's chest, a small half-scowl, half-pout forming on his lips.

Wei laughed a little, running a hand through wet, white locks before the snake stumbled back slightly, groping around for shampoo. With a fanged smirk, the older man squirted a pile onto the top of Ea's hair before he rubbed and scrubbed until the other's hair was a white, soapy mess. "Perfect," he murmured with a grin before he gathered a pile of subs from Ea's hair. "Now, what else needs cleaning~?" The snake asked, green eyes glittering as he slid a hand down the teen's front.
"Your stomach for sure, an' your arms, an' you can't forget your cute little as-- rump," Wei said, ticking off areas as he scrubbed. "There, you're ready to take on the world."
