You could(if you think you can do it without damaging the model) take off the arms, and replace them with close combat weapons, and paint them in Khorne colors, they'd count that way I think. Or you could make your own legion, using Black Legion rules.

1) No new legion in old OR new codex.

2) Only Legion represented in new book is, as far as I'm aware, Black Legion. No special rules or wargear sets for All Tzeentch Legions, Night Lords, All Khorne, Iron Warriors, All Slaneesh, Alpha Legion, etc. You just say that you're pretending you're them, and you are.

3) I would suggest that you use the current SM codex to represent a Legion, though I am against that now as all SM's are going to be forced into Combat Squads for Tac Squads, and there is no confirmation of a Trait System (Likely removing it, and keeping only Cleanse and Purify. Special characters will likely remain the same, though). Making it the same as Chaos in terms of variety.

Don't know where you're getting that from. In the new Codex the chapter that they're really pushing is the Red Corsairs, one that turned after the Horus Heresy, and is led by Huron the ... something or another. The guy with an eyeball in his hand.

Huron Blackheart, armed with a Combi Powerfist and Heavy Flamer I think.

The Black Legion is featured on the Army deal and Codex cover, but the Red Corsairs are probably going to be getting an extra bit of attention. Less demons, more Imperial stuff, it looks that way, eh?

They're far from the Eye and recently turned, so they focus less on Daemons because they're weaker or something.

That's like saying someone's not a Christian because they don't wear a crucifix around their neck. You can still believe without having any trinkets.

Currently:

More attacks for the Berzerkers, must rush 6"+D6 toward the enemy on a 1 or 2 at the turns start, addittional hand weapon base, best save for enemy is 4+ (Assuming Khornate Chain axe).

Next Edition:

More attacks for the Berzerkers, WS5, furious charge.
