Rogue reached the car, and found Victoria there as well. "Hullo there. What happened to you, mate? One minute you were there, the next you up and vanished. Missed out on a good fight. Well it was good until these vans pulled up what with their men in black and all," she said hooking her thumb over her shoulder to indicate the new commers. Her accent was still Australian, and it was starting to get on her nerves, but she knew it would be gone within the hour.
"Have you seen Tabby? I thought she was with me on the roof, but then she never showed up to fight, and that's not like her. I wonder what happened. Well, we'd better get in and go look for her. I'm not about to leave without her." With that, Rogue vaulted into the front seat and put on her seat belt.

X-23 was angered when her target dove aside at the last second, and furious when Sarah caught her feet. The girl asked if she could help, and 23 angrily thought to herself, Yeah, you can help, bub. Lemme give you a present. But all that changed on the surface, was that her green eyes narrowed dangerously. Quick as a thought, 23 unsheathed her toe claws, hoping to startle the girl into loosening her grip.

((I have no idea whats going on so I'll just have Valerie run away))
Valerie cringed to herself, after having dissolved into a puddle to get away from the firey onslaught she had fled away from the battle and had reformed a safe distance away up in the branches of a tree. The blonde was being taunted by Mizu and she wasnt too happy about it
"You didnt even get to act like the hero to that bug boy!"
Valerie rolled her eyes and stretched slightly, moving her mouth to Mizu's words, mimicking the water creater in a sarcastic fashion
"I wonder if everythings over yet, that girl seemed to have things under control...looked like she was trying to get to first base...grabbing him like that! Why didnt I think of that!"
The blonde stood up angrilly, before realising she was still up the tree. Loosing her balance Valerie fell backwards and hit the ground with a thud, Mizu fell shortly afterwards onto her stomach, winding the teen as he dissapeared inside her body
"I hate you sometimes..."
Valerie wheezed rubbing her backside with one hand and her stomach with the other.
"I think fighting with that guy caused less pain than this!"

Man oh man she looked pissed Sarah thought still looking up at her. She jerked her head back when the blades popped out of her feet. However she also shoved X-23 away from her....quite firmly at that. Long story short X-23 was no longer hanging from the ceiling in her surprise Sarah had shoved her feet back which jerked her whole body back which pulled the claws holding her to the ceiling loose and sending the all ready angry mutant straight to the floor. Sarah recovered and felt bad about the whole thing shot out of her seat and leaned over to help her up. "I'm SSSOOOOOO Sorry!!!!" She said helping X-23 up. "I didn't hurt you did I? Sometimes I don't know my own strength."
(There I set her up for the KO for you. 3nodding )

"I was kidnapped," said Victoria quickly, perplexed at the fact that Rouge's accent was completely differant from the one she had just had hour ago. Shaking her head she figured she did not want to know why that was, at least not yet, and so back tracked long enough just to give a brief account of her own story.
"Me, Morgan, and some girl new girl were kidnapped," she said, climbing back into the convertible as she spoke. "No, 'borrowed', I mean, by an Exile named Blink because she needed our help in saving the universe from a demonic bunny-lord of evil or some crap like that."
Finishing her re-account with a shrug, she buckled herself in and gave Rouge a quick look.
"That would be a 'no' on the where's Tabby deal, by the way."

Tonio got to this feet, a most ridiculous expression on his face. His first five minutes at the mansion had been special, to say the least. He walked over to Sarah standing over the other woman.
"...uh, she just tried to kill us...why are you apologizing? or, was that some weird sort of test?" Tonio sighed, feeling very confused.

Not too long after his aerokinetic sidekick made his exit, with a half-hearted groan, Pyro slowly regained consciousness. "Bloody Hell," he said, sitting up and frowning as he tried to piece together exactly what happened before he blanked out. All he could remember was the Southern launching herself at him, making skin contact (how, exactly, he had no clue) but everything after that up to now was a complete blur.
Shaking his head a bit, John took a quick look around the roof, expecting to see David or even the Southern or the other X-Men, but all three were nowhere to be seen. Instead, a small group of spiffily-dressed government types were scattered on the roof. Most were dosing out the fires in the area with high-tech fire extinguishers and Pyro heart twanged a bit to see it.
Deciding it best to get out of here before they noticed that he had woken up, Pyro stood up to his full-height, dusted himself off and vaulted graciously off the roof and out of sight, cackling like a mad-man as he went.
Pyro: Exit Stage Left.

(Meanwhile)
Tabitha was ready to kick butt and blow something up, but as she got closer to her destination she heard someone scream. Tabitha looked in the direction of the sound and saw a little girl who was just standing looking at the fire, frozen with terror. Tabitha knew what she had to do. She immediently left Rogue without saying anything. She then picked up the little girl and ran over to where it was safe. Then a woman came running at Tabitha. It was the girl's mother. Tabitha then heard someone yell Help and she knew what she was going to be doing.
Kevin decided to absorb SBen because he couldn't take his creature being in pain anymore. the first thing he did when he got to the mall though wasn't to follow Conner, but to find WBen. His flying creature flew down from the roof, telling Kevin everything that happened. Then Kevin heard a very familiar voice. "Hello Kevin, long time no hear." It was the scientist who was rescently in his dreams and been talking to him in his mind. "I'm not going to let you play the hero because you haven't listened." A shock then went through Kevin, IBen, and WBen's bodies and the three of them became unconicious, laying in the mall's parking lot.

Tobias stormed into the Brotherhood mansion, still in a foul mood and thus shimmering with a decent haze. When he grabbed one of his beers from the fridge, however, he discovered his touch had rendered it disgustingly lukewarm by the time he bit off the bottlecap and took a swig, which did nothing to improve his mood. Frustrated with his beer, his lack of control over his power, and the day in general, Tobias headed down to his bare concrete room in the basement to try and sleep off his irritation. At the very least, he couldn't accidentally set anything on fire there.

X-23 was shocked to find herself on the floor. Sarah hadn't let go of her feet. Instead, the girl had recoiled and pulled 23's grip on the ceiling loose. Now, she found herself on the floor, her breath whooshed out of her. Then Sara made a mistake. She leaned down and offered to help 23 to her feet. She allowed a smile to quirk her lips and accepted the hand. As she'd regained her feet, 23 made sure to pull herself in close to Sara, as if to thank her, and in the process quickly attatched a nuro-disk to the back of her head. She then turned to the boy.

Poor softhearted Sarah didn't know what X23 was going till it was to late to really do anything about it. The woman pulled a bit closer and then she felt something pressed to the back of her head and then a strange jolt and then she just slid down onto the floor out cold.

Conner nodded silently to Rogue and watched her dart of towards a familier red convertible, he got a hold of the X-vans drivers side door when he suddenly remembered that Kevin had dissapeared in the excitment, if you could call waht happened today excitment that is. He slowly span on his heel and scanned the car park but couldn't see the X-man. I can't leave him here Conner thought and walked away from the van once more, he put his hands to his mouth and shouted Kevin's name.

Rogue clicked her seatbelt shut and turned on the car. "Well," she said backing out of the parking slot, "I guess we'd better go find her." Rogue put the car into gear and began driving around the lot looking for Tabby. It took a while, but they finally found her helping the fire victims.
"Oi!!! We need to get going, mate!!" she yelled at her friend. "We've got trouble!" She hooked her thumb in the direction of the black clad people, figuring Tabby would get the message.

As Rogue came, Tabby was helping an elderly woman get to safety. When she was sure that the woman was right, she nodded and jumped into the backseat."Okay, let's go." she said.

Once Rogue was sure Tabby was safely in the car, she hit the gas, and left the mall parking lot and all its potential evils behind. She thought about asking the others if they wanted to do something else, but didn't. She was rather tired from all the exitement on the roof, and one glance at Victoria told her that her friend was just as ready to be home. The trip wasn't a long one, only fifteen minutes or so, but to Rogue it already felt like they'd been driving twice that, and they were still ten minutes away. She sighed to herself and began planning the nice long bath she was going to indulge in as soon as she got inside.

It's not easy being green. Lizz thought as she flipped through channels on the TV. Jillian was passed out in her room, Zion was playing guitar hero in her room. Damion was who knew where and David was M.I.A. along with Lance. She pursed her lips as she stopped on the Food Network Station. "Looks good." She said out loud to herself as they described the dishes the man would be prepairing.
