Kind of, I guess. smile I like it when things are clean. You can get by with things that aren't top-notch and expensive, if you just keep them looking nice.

I'm trying to think of a word other than 'scan' which is its own antonym. To scan can mean to give something a quick glance, or it can mean to give it a truly thorough look-over.

I'm also trying to decide if I want to eat an apple or a pomegranate. I'm hungry, and I love fruit.

As soon as my Christmas break starts I'll have time to clean my entire house and hopefully this time the other people in the house will keep it clean.

HAAAAAAAHAHA HA HA HA HO HO HO HO hee hee hee hee hee! Heh.
Other people? Keeping your place clean? By being considerate? On a HOLIDAY? Forget it. They don't do that unless you provide a serious physical threat, and they're pretty convinced you'll actually follow through.

lol I know my one brother is afraid of me but yea I doubt that they'll try to keep it clean. Yesterday I swept the floors and everyone decided to track the mud in all over it again.

That's what they do. You know what? I decided long ago that when I had guests over, I would keep on devoting just half an hour a day to housecleaning. One: they'll see me working, and hopefully pitch in, if for no other reason than to get me ready faster to take them around and show them the sights. Two: things still get done. Three: It gives me half an hour to do something normal, and leave the guests alone so they can relax and not feel like they have to talk to me. wink

heart
I should really start doing daily cleaning again but I just don't have the time. I'm constantly busy with schoolwork because it's my last year. Plus with me being sick so much I keep falling behind in school so when I do get back to school I have like triple the work load so that I can catch up.

I hear you. I spent all four years of college sick as a dog -- sick as two dogs -- with a lung thing that they didn't even diagnose correctly until I'd had it for three years, and then didn't treat it correctly. You know what'll kill a career in vocal music fast enough to make your head spin? A LUNG THING. But I'm not bitter. wink
