PA stands for Parents Association.
I'm pretty sure most secondary schools in england have one of these to allow parents to have a say in how the school is run, etc. Dunno about schools in the rest of the world though.

Ooooh.. Parent's Association.. right. We used to have one of those in my junior school.. not anymore, though xD I guess independent schools don't really care.. xd

But there were letters going home to parents about the hoodie jumpers and said if any parent disagreed with the uniform they should inform the school/
But no parents replied.
So hoodie jumpers for us 4laugh

God, Chavs and Naruto Jutsus? rolleyes I'm lucky i didn't go to an English school. Although years 7 and 8 were quite bad since I went to a school that was full of chavs. But then I moved to a school that was full of curries and Asians which was good.
