For a precise instant a look would pass over the woman's face, but before Victoria could even blink it was gone. She would neither comment nor make action against the girl's plot, the one which she'd just broadcasted to the entire room like an oblivious super villain. Instead she would merely crouch down, placing her Dwebble on the floor calmly stating "Rocklobster, show them what we can do." It was not an attack, nor a particularly clear direction, but apparently it was sufficient.
Swivelling his eyes backward the Dwebble would look at his trainer, then he would look to the Emolga, blinking his right eye, then his left a few moments later. It was a slow, slightly unnerving gesture which seemed to speak of a slightly diminished mental capacity. Apparently ready after that, the Dwebble would raise both claws and lower his head...apparently that served as an adequate defence.
Victoria wasn't cutting any corners on this fight. She wanted to tear this bug apart to get ....to the cute caterpie. Her eyes would actually glow at the thought of a bug pokemon of her very own ...to love ...to squeeze, to hug until ...it's very last breathe.
The Emolga would sigh as she saw her partner's dancing a bit. She would float just lightly as her tail would flick to the left and right before she finally decided to make her move as she did a quick twist in the air as she would send a blade of pure wind slash towards her opponent. She was going to get that bug off of the ground and into the air, and then ...then she would tear it apart.
(My trainer loves bugs, but I don't care for them one bit)
She would actually warn her opponent.

((Interesting fact; because of how you place your "..." you've inadvertently given Victoria a bit of a stutter! I noticed awhile ago but never really thought about it till now. Truly your character has evolved all on her own!))
(9 - 8 ) + (25 - 15) = 11 DMG
Wind sheared in to rock, pebbles spraying across the floor in a mess which would certainly irritate the cleaning lady later, but the Dwebble would hardly move, simply twisting one eye about to follow Aella's movement while keeping the other trained on his human. Sometime's being an insect had it's conveniences. "Cricket cripes! Nasty lil' breeze we've got going today! Let's block off some of this wind with Rock Blast!" The woman directed, her head, and thus her 'antenna' bouncing slightly when she moved to a rather dramatic pose.
Tapping his claws twice against the floor the Dwebble would nod his consent slowly before skittering about in a small circle, always keeping the back of his shell in Aella's general direction. When the Emolga was forced to slow due to the small size of the room and lack of updrafts the upper most stone of the Bug-Type's shell would begin glowing a brilliant white. A sound like a cannon would fill the room, and as he slowly adjusted his position on pin-p***k claws the Dwebble would begin firing off multiple small stones in rapid succession, each about the size of his upper shell! Dodging a single rock was one thing, but how would Aella handle this volley!?
Victoria would shout as the Emolga would drop like a stone as she hit the floor on four feet. Her paws are spread out on the ground as she flattens herself against the ground and presses her chest fur flat against the room's ground. If the rocks threaten her by being thrown, then she would make herself a much harder target to hit.
They hadn't had the strength to lift him, and that was their goal if anything was ....so with that in mind ....they could only try and avoid. The Emolga laying flat out like a rug on the ground.
(Solo had the same stuttering problem too ....I don't know why I add that space. I Think it just look cool, so as you said she has evolved a stutter on her own)

((~hands a thesaurus.~ You may have used the word 'ground' one too many times in the same sentence there. Also looking at the guild mechanics for Rock Blast...the stats are wrong... ))
(14 + 16) = 30 x 2 = 60/5 = 12 DMG
Despite the Emolga's efforts however the rock would proceed to pelt her in the face, and there were others not far behind it. One hit had succeeded, and it would seem the Dwebble was just going to keep going!
(I am glad of that, because, that would have been instant death. But, I shall take another look at it eventually .....I do recognize how slow I have been on updating that thing)
Aella would take to hard hits on her drop ...one to the head and the other to the arm. The bruise there was obvious as she shook all over and then looked at her opponent glaring.
"Don't waste your time ...use Thundershock"
They both knew that another round of rockblast was coming, and it was better to strike now than later. She would start to charge up even as opponent seemed to be slinging more stones. If this work right, she would blast apart the incoming rocks as well as her attacker.
"Cricket Crimaney! You're tougher than you look kid!" The woman exclaimed, placing her hands on her hips and leaning forward to take a look at the significantly shorter girl. A moment later however she would bounce, popping into another dramatic pose and she cried out "...but that won't stop us from unleashing Bug-Type Justice! Give em another volley Rocklobster!"
Twisting the eye facing his trainer slightly the Dwebble would nod the single eye in place of his head, the other locking squarely on to Aella's position. Rather than it's previous tactic however the insect's top most rock would already start it's white glow, and as the Dwebble lifted him self up onto two claws the Bug-Type would dramatically spin himself, firing in all directions and depriving Aella of a single place with which to run to! Rockblast was still the name of this Pokemon's game!
"Aella." Victoria would scream out as the pokemon in question would literally drop like a stone to the ground, and with the rapid firing of the stones she would try and stop drop and roll technique as the girl would give out one of the most obvious answer afterwards.
"Dodge it."
She would have rolled her eyes if she had the time too as she made it a point to literally end her dodge behind her own trainer. Hopefully if this attack hit, it would find Victoria instead ....as the flying squirrel thought of that as a proper response to such an stupid command to dodge.

Despite the Emolga's attempts to avoid the rocks one would sail passed her 'beloved' trainer, smacking into the wall and ricocheting off to land directly upon the rodent's tail. A smirk would flicker onto the face of Rocklobster's trainer then, the light of the room briefly glinting off her jumpsuit as he struck a pose, widening her stance, crossing her left arm pover her body and extending her index finger and pinky while crossing the other arm over it and pointing at directly at Victoria "In the name of Buggy Justice I shall punish you! Keep it going Rocklobster!" She commanded cheerily despite the serious expression she wore.
Completely unphased by the antics of his trainer, the Dwebble would simply follow through with the command. If Victoria was going to end this, one way or the other, it seemed like she would need to do it now!
Aella screamed loudly as she jumped into the air. The rock having smashed her tail, but, Victoria was quick to react as she snatches her out of the air and throw her at her intend target all in a single move.
It was needless to say that Aella was going to be pissed, but it was now or never. They had to attack now, or risk death, and Victoria wouldn't allow that as she called out loudly.
"USE Air Slash."
Her aim was simple, to crush the bug while they had a chance. In that precious moment before it's attack fired again, and the commands of it's trainer.
She called only after launching as she hope their reaction was quick enough ....as Aella's tail would be useless in this attack, and she would instead switch to one paw ....as she swipe the air. Creating a blade of air as they passed the bug, and if it hit ...hopefully ending this match.

They both knew that another round of rockblast was coming, and it was better to strike now than later. She would start to charge up even as opponent seemed to be slinging more stones. If this work right, she would blast apart the incoming rocks as well as her attacker.
Air would cleave stone, chips and pebbles scattering as the attack cleaved through to the vulnerable meat of the Dweeble...and kept going. In a single stroke the Emolga had managed to cleave the Bug-Type clean in two, sticky green ichor splattering across the floor beneath him.
Yet this was not to be the end it seemed, as the air suddenly hung heavy and even the most emotional dense person could sense the malice in the air. The female trainer radiated an aura of pure rage and hatred which seemed to taint the air, her eyes practically glowing red as she clenched her fists and ground her teeth "First you come in here intending to steal one of my beloved comrades, and now you go and slay one!? THIS WILL NOT STAND!" The woman suddenly bellowed, taking a stance in "FACE THE WRATH OF THE KRICKATUNE CRUSADER!"
In response to the woman's shouting an Accelgor would suddenly appear from the shadows, it's eyes glinting dangerously.
Victoria would pick up Aella from the ground. The flying squirrel was panting, and her tail was dripping blood harshly on the floor. She probably needed the pokemon center...it didn't look very pleasant at all as she stares at the bug trainer and then declares back arrogantly.
"If you had simply given me the pokemon ....things wouldn't have gone that way. Thus, if you don't want another death on your hand ...I suggest you recall that pokemon, and hand me the pokeball."
"Otherwise, I am going to kill that one as well, and then take whatever pokemon still remain off of you."
"Either, way, it's my win."
Victoria declares sharply and harshly to the girl.
"In the name of Cricket Kamen everywhere I'll give you the opportunity to re-think that choice villain" The woman would say, crossing her arms as the Accelgor moved forward at a surprisingly slow pace, coming fully into the light.
Victoria would take one glance at the pokemon and her eyes would go straight to hearts. This was the chance to get a pure fully evolved bug type, the rarity of that is immense, and the girl didn't think twice about activating the device so she could see the pokemon's level.
Strong too.
She was going to go for it ...when Aella in no shape for another battle, and seeing where this was going ...would make the decision for her.
The girl would literally light up like a christmas light as Aella used thundershock. Smoking coming out of her mouth ...as the flying squirrel would glare up at her.
(If you push this any further, you are fighting your own battle.)
Her hair now a afro, Victoria would look down at her partner as she actually considered this.
"I could probably take that Accelgor. IF I put him to sleep, then ....I can simply beat him up and ...."
Aella couldn't believe what she was hearing. Her ears twitched as the plan seemed to get more and more ridiculous. Thus, to save her sanity ...(her trainer's of course) Aella put a stop to that nonsense. Another thundershock ...later ....Victoria would have smoke escaping from her mouth as she declares sharply.
"Fine, you owe me money for your lost, at least."
It would seem that shock therapy also worked on quieting crazy, suicide missions as well. Though Victoria wasn't happy at this outcome at all.
For a moment the woman would flinch, her 'hair-tenna' wobbling slightly as a twitched developed in her right eye. The child had just killed her Dweeble, had intended to steal her Caterpie, stated OUTLOUD her bizarre plans for snatching her Accelgor...and now she was demanding A WINNER'S PAYMENT!?
After several quiet seconds passed a smile would suddenly appear on her face, one which never quite reached her eyes as she spoke "Oh I'll give your money all right....and oh so much more...heh ha..." Reaching into the pouch on her belt the woman would indeed pull out a handful of coins "TAKE IT!" She'd scream, tossing the coins at the small girl, followed in short order by a pillow, an alarm clock, and just about everything else within reach of the woman "CRICKET CONNIPTION!" She would shriek as various objects began sailing through the air!
