Zana finished her food and sat up her plate. " Yes, Sir. " She began washing the dishes when the plate fell out of her hand and shattered on the floor.

Zana winced in pain as she quickly picked up the pieces off the floor. " I'm so sorry, master. " She said.

" Yes, Master. " Zana replied as she picked all the little shards of glass. One small shard launched itself into her hand. she winced in pain and took it out of her hand as she threw the shards away.

" Yes, Master " Zana said as she hurriedly ran up the stairs and began to work on the upstairs, straightening the rooms. A tear ran down her cheek, not noticing.

Zana began scrubbing the walls and getting down all the cobwebs she could reach. She started to taste something salty, then she realized that it was her tear. She quickly wiped it away. At least Master treats me better than my father did. She thought to herself as she was cleaning.

Zana then went and picked up around their shared room and threw his dirty laundry in the washer. Once she started it, she then returned upstairs to her cleaning.
