(( wahmbulance ))
Gabriel cursed violently when he read the note. Just as soon as he did, crumpled it and tossed it, then without any more warning he darted out of the bar. The second he exited the doorway he leaped forward, landing with a resounding thud on the ground. His feet altered in shape, the heels replaced by high powered thrusters. "This kid is really pissing me off!" With that the thrusters engaged and he was off. Almost doubling the speed of many of the vehicles hovering above in the skyways.
Col sighed, "Well... a few hundred billion credits should start it off,"

Updike choked on his drink. "A few hundred billion? Are you out of your mind, woman?"
((Oh shut up.))

Within a few minutes he had already spotted the child. Conner was no where in his sight, but he knew the woman wasn't far at all. The android grumbled and decided to take his chance. He leaned forward and his thrusters boosted, he was bulleting towards Asher at a dangerous speed. He then leaped forward, his feet rearranging themselves back to their normal form, and he dived towards Asher, tackling him to the ground.
"I knew you'd react that way," she slipped behind Updike's chair, her hands slithered over the back, then rested on his shoulders, "Think of what you have to benefit," she began to rub his shoulders gently, and then... something pricked at his neck. Col had slid a knife in with her hands, and it was pressing right against Updike's jugular at the moment, her grip tensed and she pinned the drug lord into his seat, "And... of course, remember that I don't do well with rejection,"

((Damn it I know that would happen.))
Asher had received heavy damage from a full-on body slam from a metal man, him being a slightly malnourished teenage boy. He struggled and thrashed, not aiming to hurt or even throw off Gabriel, but simply to escape.
---
Updike did not gulp. He was too smart for that. He raised his jaw in order to speak without damage, "Of course. Aren't we all?"
((Also, it's a cut in the carotid that kills, not the jugular. Most people don't know that. *Medical rant*))

((Interesting... the knowledge... IT FILLS ME!!!))
Col smirked, leaning forward and whispering into his ear, "Now that we've reached an understanding... do you accept my terms or not?"

"Naturally." A twinge of bitterness crept inside his voice. "Now, it's very rude of me to keep a guest hungry. What do you like from the dollar menu?"
((Really? Can I explain it to you, can I please, can I please? *Puppy*))
