Phantom too the container, stood up and slid her shirt back down her back. "Kara knows more then you think. She even wants the doctors head for taking her home. I may understand about a home being taken away, I have had that happen to me several times, but it has never felt like this. Kara has only lived in that building and doesn't know any other home. It is hard on both of us living in the smithy because it doesn't feel like HOME." Phantom sat back down on the chair, still a little worried about leaning on anything.

he shruged, holding out a small silver card. " it is a home in the underground city. once apon a time.. i promised it to you and V. it is safe here, any whom attack this place declare war with my clan. this club is at your and Kara's servace for as long as you need us."

Phantom took the card and put it in her pocket. "Thanks Quin, sometimes I have no idea what I would do without you, and the rest of my friends. Kara has many too, but she doesn't like them as much as you. You spoil her and she loves that." Phantom smiled.

"all children love to be spoiled. and it is fun to spoil them, as long as it doesnt go to far." he rolled his aching shoulders. " keeping watch over Sark is far harder than what im used to. she insists of fighting me, doing what she wants.. i get so angry and worried. its insain." if it were anyone else, he wouldnt have said that. Quin was not big on letting others know what he thought.

Phantom smiled. "I wonder what would happen if we put Sark and Kara in the same room for a few days... I bet Kara would win that." Phantom giggled at the thought. "And if that is true then eather V or I would win you if you were stuck in a room for a few days with one of us." Phantom had a wide, kidding grin on her face.

Phantom laughed. "That would so suck for you when you got beat by a girl. That will be the most greatest day in my life!" Phantom started to shake with laughter.

he shudderd and mocked fear. " i have been imasculated. a daughter who wins every fight, and a friend that tease's me endlessly. next thing you know, Kara is going to go to the dark side as well! she will be trying to paint my nails neon pink!" he laughed heartily. "alas, i am beaten every day by girls. sad though it is."

Phantom sudenly fell to the floor still laughing. She didn't care about her back anymore, it was now her ribs. "Oh ow! ow! ow! ow!" Phantom continued to laugh even while it hurt. "If Kara goes into the pink faze I will lock her in the room until she goes to the red faze!" Phantom still laughed hard, still complaining about her ribs.

he chuckled and shook his head. " you are hurting yourself, dont look for pitty here. im sure you will offer me up as a sacrafice during her pink phase, and im going to go ahead and get a head start on revenge." Quin wagged his eyebrow and cleared his throat. "i, have a wonderful joke that Sark told me."
"Two little kids are in a hospital lying on stretchers next to each other outside the operating room.
The first kid leans over and asks, 'What are you in here for?
'The second kid says, 'I'm in here to get my tonsils out, and I'm a little nervous.
'The first kid says, 'You've got nothing to worry about. I had that done when I was four.
They put you to sleep, and when you wake up they give you lots of jello and ice cream.
It's a breeze.'
The second kid then asks, 'What are you here for?'
The first kid says, 'A circumcision.'
'Whoa!' the second kid replies, 'Good luck buddy', 'I had that done when I was born...
Couldn't walk for a year.

Phantom laughed at the joke but you couldn't tell because she was still laughing from the other stuff. "This is torcher!!" She continued to laugh, nothing was stopping her from stopping, but it was the first time that her body demanded sleep without a reason so now that she was tired she had her old weekness back. If sleepy, she gets very laughy. Phantom started to calm her laughing but she was still at it.

with a low laugh he picked her up and sat her on a couch by the wall, pressing a wet towl to her forhead as he said amused. " if i knew it was this easy to get you going i would have told you all of my other joke's to beguin with." he put the towl in her hand and straitend, walking to the door in time to catch it and swing it back at the man who kicked it open. the door busted him in the face and he fell backward into the hall way. Quin, seeming to not know what happened, casualy blocked him from entering his office. " got to be smarter than the door tony." in a sharper tone he added. " i am not going to be paid off. Turin, Speck.. let him spend time below to cool his heel's. then send him off in the morning."
with that done he sighed and closed the door again, sinking onto a differant couch as he closed his eye's. "damn vulture.. think he would just croak already. "

Phantom calmed her laugh to a low giggle. "If I had remembered it was this easy to get me to crack I wouldn't have come to this place. Thanks Quin, for everything." Phantom started to drift then, soon asleep.

Phantom jumped up from where she was sleeping. "Kara." Phantom saw the sleeping Quin and thought not to wake him, she just wrote him a note. She put the note on his desk and ran out the door and left the place.
The note read,
Quin, Kara has left the smithy and I think she is with my brother, knowing him he would be at Castle De Latverious so that is where I will be. Talk to you soon.

a man touched her shoulder, makeing her pause from takeing another shot. yellow eyes slid sidways to look at his hand, then she was up. before the man could step back she decked him, sending him back into the dance crowd. no one payed attention, this was the darker side of the Laughing Trickster.. and she was a regular.
the bartender roared with laughter, putting a new shot on the bar and yelling over the pounding music. " on the house, whats your name girly?"
a wicked grin slid over her features and she looked at him from the corner of her eye. "Wulf..." before he could ask for a last name her grin turned into a smirk. " just Wulf."
