Fion strolled into the empty bar.
"Barkeep! A glass of milk, if you would be so kind."
She then settled herself down at a corner of the room to nurse her dairy drink and observe further developments, if any.

While he had moved her to a booth, Dr. Cairndeer still sat huddled over his patient, who was doing considerably better now. Because of Kaok's concussion, he kept pinching her to stay awake. She was still conscious, but didn't appear to be showing any signs of wanting to talk. He didn't blame her after the wounds that she suffered.
He had time to talk now, more than before in any case. A fellow recruit of BOO had strolled in and the medic felt more comfortable in giving a greeting.

Seven strolled in, inebriated and ready to get the festivities started. Unfortunately, he had been reckless tonight, strolling proudly into a neighborhood populated by masked little ones and their delicious parental figures. It was quite dark, despite the full moon high in the cloudless sky. It was the tress that became the shelter of his evil deeds, but he was proud to say there were no casualties, at least not directly. He had been too hungry and too confident to realize that he couldn't resist, just like before.
With a wide grin, Seven strode to the bar proudly, eyeing the patrons as he passed. An elf? Perhaps a friend of Emma's? What is that there? Smells like..Lieutenant Kaokie!? He thought, stopping abruptly in his tracks. The gas mask hung to the side exposing his face and shadow of stubble oh his cheeks and jaw. "What the hell happened here?" He almost growled his voice was so low. ★★★★★★★

"Oh!" The doctor's nose twitched furiously as he turned to see who was speaking. A vampire. The smell of blood in the room would probably make it... hungry. He shuddered.
"I... I'm a field medic. My friend here was attacked, and it's so hectic out there. I had to bring her in here to fix he... or she wasn't going to make it."C a n y o u t e l l a g r e e n f i e l d F r o m a c o l d s t e e l r a i l ? A s m i l e f r o m a v e i l ?

With a shocked look of fear and sadness, Seven bolted to the Dr.'s side and knelt by the booth. "There must be something I can do... My blood?" He offered himself, in the small chance that he might be useful in some way. For a moment he considered what it might be like without the Faun. A frown crossed his face as he shook away the thought, almost dislodging his hat. The blood was everywhere, a trail of it leading in scattered splatters from the door to the place where he now knelt, and though it smelled delicious, his exploits before arriving was allowing him to maintain his composure indefinitely. ★★★★★★★

This vampire wasn't trying anything. James smiled inside.
"A dark elf stopped by not long ago, she helped me with the blood loss. Lt. Jayim will be alright eventually." The Faun was gazing off into the distance, blinking more often now and apparently a little more aware than she had been.

"Please do not hesitate to ask, if there is any way that I might be of assistance to you. A drink, perhaps?" He asked with a smile as he stood, quite a bit taller than his usual self, and began to return to the bar. ★★★★★★★

"Sure thing." He said zipping off and returning in less than two shakes with a steaming hot cup of black coffee. "Would you like milk, cream, sugar, whiskey...?" He asked with a wink and a wry smile. ★★★★★★★

"Wow, thank you..."
The medic whistled at the other's haste - if only he could work that fast, so few would die on the field of battle.
"Oh, no thank you, nothing in it."
The Lieutenant shifted a little, and let out a groan of pain barely audible to even Cairndeer's elven ears. He still saw to the pain, administering a mild sedative in the blink of an eye. She would need to sleep to recover anyways. And that was just what she did.
The doctor removed his wallet from his coat pocket.
"I assume you'd be the one I should ask about getting my friend here a room for tonight? I don't think she should be going back to her camp for a while."
EDIT: The sounds of injured soldiers screaming from outside alerted the medic that he was needed. He quickly took a pen from his pocket and an old scrap piece of paper from his wallet, wrote a note to Kaok explaining what had happened and left quite a bit of gold on the table next to the booth that the Faun was lain in. He hoped it would cover a room for the night.
But he ran off, hurried by the cries of help from outside.C a n y o u t e l l a g r e e n f i e l d F r o m a c o l d s t e e l r a i l ? A s m i l e f r o m a v e i l ?

Seven nodded and collected the gold left by the doctor. Shaking his head, he wondered if he should study medicine, to redeem himself somehow. Though he would never be able to stop himself once surrounded by all that blood. Or maybe that is exactly what he needed, submersion in something where survival becomes the number one priority, second only to secrecy. With a subconscious submission Seven returned to the bar, keeping a watchful eye on the unconscious faun in the booth. He thought of carrying her lifeless body to the first room on the right, just up the stairs, but he was afraid she would be offended by his intrusion. ★★★★★★★

Fion beckoned to the barkeep.
"Could you prepare a fortifying meal for when she wakes? The blood loss will most likely sap a lot of her energy, and she will need to eat."
She added several more gold coins to the counter.
"That's for my drink and a hot meal for the faun," she smiled wryly, "Though the gold is provided by SIN, I think she would appreciate it was taken from them through sabotage. You can tell her it was from one member of the Benevolent Order to another."
Fion pulled up her hood before leaving the bar.

The bounty hunter casually walked into the bar. He wasn't wearing his usual duster, but the robes of SIN. He wasn't proud of this fact, but he was getting paid to do so. He sat down at his usual spot at the end of the bar a lit a cigarette. His head ached and occasionally he would hear a voice whisper in his head. <******** ******** Sentinel and ******** Remus for hiring me for this job." he muttered under his breath.

There was a rustle of fabric as Emma entered the fabric in a fashion quite unusual for her:
Through the door.
She closed it behind her, making no other sound as she pulled up a seat at the bar.
Her eyes were red and puffy, her posture slouched.

David had been in the bar enough times to know that Ol' Englishwoman never used the front door. That was certainly weird.
After a short silence, David turned to Emma, while lighting up a cigarette.
"Hrgh....since when did you start using the door, Ol' Englishwoman?"
