Teardrop's tail began to bristle again, and she drew her sword. She watched Altair, frozen. She wanted to fight, but the smell of fire all around her and her instinks told her to turn and run. She looked around and didn't see anything. What's going on?!

Altair turned his sword and at the same time pushed with his gaunlet sending the two swords to his left, Altair spun to his right meaning to slice Pyrus in the ribs but wasn't fast enough, Pyrus used the momentum that had come from Altair to spin and block the incoming blade, Pyrus slashed at altair who blocked it, Altair countered, pyrus countered, they were evenely matched, neither side could land a hit. The clash of metal filled the air as these two men went at it.

Aiyuko was about to go in and help him...but somthing told her, not to. "..." She jumped back ono a low branch and if things got out of hand she'd interfear, but until then...there was somthing...just teling her not to mess with them.

They kept going neither man showing any sign of weakening, Pryus spun trying to catch Altair offgaurd, Altair caught the blade with his armor hand and held the sword in place, pryus wraped his sord around Altair's and forced it into the ground, Pyrus's back was now facing Altair, why did he point his back to me...that's...unetheical, A large symobl was written on the back plate. This Symbol began to glow a pillar of fire erupted out from pyrus's back knocking Altair several feet throught the air into a tree with enough force to cause the tree to come crashing down ontop of Altair, dust was kicked up making visibality into the crash poor, when the dust cleared the only sign of Altair was his sword that lay on the ground near the tree, Pyrus turned to Aiyuko and looked like he was about to say something when he gave a shudder, his eyes rolled back into his head, he dropped to his knees then dropped face first forword, A single arrow pretruded from his back, right over were his heart would be, Altair came walking out of the woods, Gusta's bow in hand, it faded and Altair picked up the swords, fire consumed Pyrus's body for a few seconds then just dissapeared along with the body.

Aiyuko gaped and her heart skipped a good few beats when the trees fell and jumped up, she looked at Pyrus as he was about to speak to her, then as he fell she saw Altair. She ran over to him hugging him tightly. "I...I thought..." She couldn't get the words out. "..I love you so much.."She finally settled for that between hiccups of crying.

Altair dropped the swords and took Aiyuko into a hug thought not as tight as hers "I'm sorry I worried you like that...it was cruel of me...I'll never worry you like that again...thought you got to admit...it was pretty real looking" Altair said. His face was all sooty, his hair was slightly singed, and his clothes held the distinct smell of smoke as well as a few schorch marks,but otherwise he was fine.

She just nodded, smiling through her tears that gena to slow down now. "..yeah...if I weren't afraid of losing the person I care most about in the world...it would have been kind of cool." She admitted. "...I hate you..." She mumbled bashfully. "Where are you hurt?" She asked him as she began to rumage through her small carried bag for some bandages.

When Aiyuko said that she hated him he simply responded" I love you too", "I'm fine...Nothing happened my clothes are just a little..." were there were schorch marks disintagrated into ash showing multiple burn marks,"...schorched... great...here it comes... Altair thought slapping himself in the forhead with the palm of his right hand.

She tried to stop herself from smiling as she looked into her bag for the bandages still. "..." she sighed,"...lord knows I love you to." She said. She looked up at him again and saw the burns. "Altair!" She looked at him,"That is not fine!" She worried. "Take off your shirt and let me ge a better look at your burns...." Her eyes compassionate and worried. She had out a roll of bandage and reached into her bag grabbing one more thing.

((last post for the night...it's really late here...night))
"Alright..." Altair said he removed his shirt revealing all of the scratches and cuts and scrapes he had gotten since entering the forest. "This was my last shirt too" He said, holding it out infront of himself so he could see it, all the holes were in the front of the shirt, black marks clung around the areas that had dissappeared. He threw it onto the ground and stood there waiting for Aiyukos reaction, it's badd enough for the brns but the cuts...she's gonna freaking flip.

((Yeah...same here I guess almost 2:00))
Aiyuko pulled out a jar of, oinment maybe? Some kind of redish cream filled the jar. "...you should be more carful Altair..." She said simply with a carring tone in her voice that could calm a baby's cying. "..now hold still for a few minuets..it may be a little cold.." He un screwed the jar ofcream and dipped two fingure tips in it. She gently rubbed it over each burn after another and if there was an unhealed scrape or cut she'd go over that to, for the most part she was silent. Finally after she's finished she put the cream up and un roled the bandages and began to wrap his torso. "...and this is why you need a woman around.." She said shaking her head,"other wise you'd die not from your wounds..but from infection and pide..." She finished and tore it with her teeth and tied it around him. She put the bandages up. "ok...you'll be good as new in no time." She smiled, her eyes sparkeling more than ever before. She picked up his shirt,"....I can fix that for you..."

"Thanks...I don't know what I'd do without you" Altair said he smiled at her. Rain clouds began to form over head, Altair looked up, "looks like Aquos is setting the playing field..." he muttered.

She looked up, it smelled like rain. "..can she not wait sometime for like...after you heal?" She asked and hugged him. "...Do you think I could help leve out the playing feild?" She asked him, her arms still wrapped around him.

"No...the fight has to be one on one...besides...aquos isn't the best fighter...that was Pyrus but I beat him" Altair said. It began to rain, lightly at first but it grew heavier, soon large puddles began to form on the ground.
