My parents don't take me many places either. I rely on my friends for that, usually. Can't wait till I get my license.

I wish I could get mine that soon. But my dad doesn't think I'm ready yet. At least I know I'll get it before September - otherwise I'll have to renew my permit again.

I does, but it is pretty close to a POS'er.

We have a car that was going to be mine, but it broke down a couple of years ago and is just sitting uselessly in our driveway. I think my parents are going to buy me a car if they can't get that one running. Besides, I don't like it very much - it's too short and hard to open the passenger door because of a giant dent that's more like a gaping hole.
