New question of the week!

What's the best medieval/fantasy fan fiction you've read so far and, who wrote it?

Gee, that's too bad...

Anyways, new question of the week:

Have you ever cos-played as a medieval/fantasy character?

I for one, have not. Not even for halloween. At least not that I can remember anyway...

New Question of the Week!

If you could live in a castle, which in the world would you choose and why?

As of now, I'm not entirely sure of my answer. I'll come back for that sometime this week. In the meantime, please post yer answer, K?

I think it might be fun to live in the Palace of Versailles, in France. I heard once that they used to actually have fox hunts - on horseback - throught the halls of the palace. Now that's something I definitely can't do where I live.

Sounds good SK...
As for me, I don't exactly know many castles so I may as well build my own. I think it may be better than choosing a random castle out there.

So you would make yer own castle eh? Do you have an image in yer head of how it should look like? BTW, you can post a new question of the week if you think of something fantasy or medival related.

I am afraid to say that it is Zelda in all it's incarnations. I do like the Harry Potter ones and the Lord of the Rings ones, too

I have really enjoyed the Shanara series by Brooks (all of them I am afraid to admit) and also a close second would be the Belgariad and the Mallorean by Eddings. If you go on their websites you can read some of the responses to the stories that have been generated because of the originals - it seems if you start with good story it is easier to add to it. (There is still a very soft spot for the Lord of the Rings since it was my first book of this Genre and I wish I could find a good site for this.
