Lillian raced into the room, her robes billowing out behind her, her face pale, but she was also smiling.
"Aludra, it's alright, are you comfortable?"
She turned her back on Aludra for a split second and looked to the people around her.
" We need hot water, blankets, draw the division curtain, let her have some room, make space, and if you don't know what to do then get out!!!" She said all this very quickly.
She had given birth before after all, and knew this was no easy task. If people were crowding Aludra...well she needed room to breathe easy.
Lillian conjured the pillows and placed them behind Aludra's back for her to rest on.

Aludra Yvette... Relax, yes that would be easy with two little babies fighting for entrance into the world, relaxing would be a breeze! "Yes, I'll get right on to relaxing shall I?" Aludra muttered through gritted teeth. She curled back up into her ball as the pains returned, not as intense as some of the first rounds. It was all she could do to keep from crying out in pain, instead her body shook as she kept it all in. In the corner she heard some faint music being played, it was oddly soothing. Aludra rocked with the beat back and forth with her head rested on her knees. ...7th Year Slytherin

Ayamae flew into the hospital wing and placed her bottle of purple potion on the table next to Aludra's bed. She saw that Arcane seemed to be giving directions, so she tapped her on the shoulder. "This fun little bottle will numb her up if you wanna do that now...has her water broken yet? How close are we?"

Kenneth didn't argue with the Slytherin girl, he just turned and ran off to fetch the extra sheets and pillows. Completely forgetting that he had magic, well not actually forgetting, he wanted to do this manually. It was his way to keep his mind off any bad thoughts that might creep their way in. After a few moments of riffling though a few cabinets he came hurrying back with pillows and sheets loaded in his arms. He waited slightly next to Aludra side for any further instructions that he would half to follow.

Heart dashed in, face flushed. She had already left her belongings outside, not wanting them to interfere with the deliverance. "Twins, right? We have to make sure their umbilical cords aren't tangled..."
EDIT: "Kenneth, make sure you keep Aludra calm."

Adaleide WilliamsDon't mess with me.— Slytherin ; Sixth Year Adaleide turned quickly to the Ravenclaw girl not playing the piccolo. "I know, I have twin brothers," she said in a low voice. "And theory isn't the same as actually delivering. Now if you could please clear the area for those with experience..." she trailed off. She didn't want to fight, but everything was moving so quickly and this girl was just right in the way.

Ayamae nodded. She'd never had to deliver a child, and never had one herself, so the potion was the best she could do. "Should I send an owl to St. Mungos? They are a little premature..." She said this quietly to Lillian so as not to alarm Aludra or Kenneth. She was scared to death for them.

Amelia Frances
 Amelia started to pour her very soul into her music. She ignored the possibility that she should leave. She was out of the way, and helpful. She started letting her song move throughout everyone, as she knew beginnings of arguments like the one between Adaleide and Heart--couldn't be calming for Aludra. Her main focus though was on her new friend, trying to keep her as calm as possible until medicine or something was given to her.

Lillian whispered into Ayamae's ear..." No, twins are pre-mature in some cases. They look smaller and weigh less and even grow slower in many cases, but for twins, it's common. If it were one child, I would say yes. But in this case...I don't think we should. Perhaps as a question for more info or something, if you want, but I don't think we should move or worry her any further."

Kenneth pulled out his wand and with one hand pointed at the pillows and sheets he was holding causing them to float in the air until they were needed. He quickly drew up a chair next to Aludra's bedside and sat down on it. He reached down and took hold of her hand. He was nearly ready to shout that people who had no idea what the hell they were doing needed to get out or at least get out of the way and let though who did work, but the Slytherin girl beat him to it.

Having two children is different than one. Twins are born pre-maturely frequently. Don't worry. We all need to remain calm, we don't want our worrying to rub off on this expectant mother.
