Gets a sick feeling and does repeated head-desk movements* The cake thing is like this: If you've had something really sweet, usually is makes it so that you do not want another because you are satisfied. That was the point I was trying to get across: He's satisfied with Misuki, he doesn't need all of that sex appeal. Did I get out of the hole by saying this or just dig myself deeper? sweatdrop ]

Taya's clone had been looking for a boulder or even a rock for the next part, and had finally found one. Taya saw this as her golden moment, and performed one of the simplest seals ever, hoping the clone had done its job, as Sphere's leg came crashing down on her. It Explosive Stone Body Replacement jutsu, this would get interesting. Taya switched places with a large rock, which took the hit, and did what it does best; Explode. After the explosion happened, Taya emerged from under the ground and performed seals. The earth shot 2 mud weights at where Taya's position had been, in hopes of catching the Jounin with it. If the mud weights did, she would be weighed down severely. Since the balls had moved over to Deil, and she had been in the middle of near-hitting her, Taya couldn't see how she would have escaped. Nonetheless, she backed away from the smoke cloud a few feet, getting ready for the next attack.

Sphere had half expected Taya herself to be a clone, having watched Cobra utilize so many techniques from the ground in this manner. Once an earth user goes underground in any fashion, you never really know what comes up. That is why she had only used 3 of the 6 spheres she had for immediate defense. At the split second when she saw Taya's body replaced by a boulder, one of her reserve Spheres instantly moved to the ball of her foot as it expanded into a triangular form, absorbing the explosion and protecting her from the debris of the shattered attack. the other two orbs then surrounded her in two concentric spheres, providing a two-fold defense against the mud cannons.
As all of this happened amidst the explosion of debris, smoke and shattered crimson spheres, Sphere doubted very much so that the Genin would be able to follow it at all. As the smoke cleared, Sphere could be seen standing back in the middle of the circle, holding her left hand up as three spheres rotated around above her hand as if she were playing with them. "Not so bad there little girl, and my little man here sure has some nice moves. I can't wait to see more of them up close and personal, if you catch what I mean sweetie." With a giggle and a wink towards Deil, Sphere lifted her other hand as the shattered crimson pieces of glass from her broken spheres began to levitate. Within an instant, all of the shattered pieces rejoined, flowing into each other as all three of the spheres were reformed and quickly retreated to Sphere, rotating in a circle as they levitated above Sphere's right hand.
"I told you... the harder you fight me, the harder I fight back. Just don't go crying to Cobra after I end up on top."
"...and I guarantee you, I ALWAYS end up on top."

Taya raised an eyebrow. *The harder you fight, the harder I fight...* The words echoed in her head as her body changed to normal. They had tried this strategy earlier, but the woman had not been present. Taya walked to Sphere with her hands raised in a peaceful gesture. "May we please have the scroll?" They had already proven their reasoning skills, their fighting skills, and their aimless wandering skill, perhaps a diplomatic solution would be best. If not, Taya would return to her fighting, but would have to rearrange the positions. Spheres attitude only lightened her mood, instead of egging her on. Taya had to suppress laughter at what the boys must be feeling after Sphere's snide comments. Taya then took notice on how her comments reminded her of Gin, and she knew exactly what she wanted to do as a celebration when she won.
