Outou sees Hitsu throw the shurikan and quickly slams the wind sword into the pedastal, dispersing the sword and winds washed over the pedastal before Outou ducked behind it from the flying weapon.

All Knowing | All Powerful | Really Annoying at Times...
Knowing he didn't have much time left, Hitsu watched as Havik ran towards him, creating a clone as he did so. Tossing his glasses away, Hitsu performed a series of hand seals, his right eye began to glow with a light blue color in the center. Looking at his eye, one could see that he seemingly had a shuriken embedded over his eye, but it was more intricately designed then a normal shuriken. With the seals completed, his Dark Star shuriken rose off of the ground spinning wildly before a series of clanks and clicks could be heard as the star began to fold and bend, breaking apart into 20 or so fragments of itself. Before long, Hitsu was surrounded by a sea of shuriken, all spinning wildly as he held his hand towards him, sending the wave of shuriken flying as they approached with a sound like buzzing bees.
Hitsu's hand was soon dragged back to his chest however as after striking her pedestal with her wind sword, the wind blade was absorbed into the pedestal, as the 'fu' kanji lit up in a bright green light, instantly sending out a rope of green whip like energy which wrapped itself around Hitsu, binding his hands to his side.
"You're in my world now..."

Now was Koi's turn. He smiled as he went through two sets of seals, and left his smile to fade into nothingness. A thick mist rolled through the room, impairing everyone's vision. Then, the second jutsu shot chains out of the mist, and wrapped themselves around the pedestal, gripping tight enough to shred through flesh.

 Havik:Sand Genin:Ninjutsu Class "Please respect my village, or I will kill you." Seven Tailed Host Havik say the shuriken unfold into many so he stoped and as the spun around Hitsu Koi's mist surrounded the room makeing if hard for Havik to see. He heard the sound of buzzing bee's wizz toward him so he made his clone leap infron of him. Many shuriken emmbeded them self into the clone as it fell to the ground, the sharp metal turned a red hot color before the clone returned itself to earth. The clone however couldn'y stop all the shuriken and thre swept past it two slamming into Haviks chest but bounced off due to the steal plateing he wore under his coat. The third slashed his upper right arms leaving a gash about two inches deep. "Aww Dammit! Koi are you retarded!" Havik was tired of being this morons leader he acted alone and didn't care for his team mates he would get many people killed if he didn't learn to pay more attention. Havik fell to one knee and grabbed his arm the pain wasn't hard to deal whith but this would hender him in his one on one bout and he knew it.

Koi listened to the sound of the whizzing shuriken, and then the rude comment. "Retarded? I'm sorry, but if I'm correct, the point of this was to not use violence to solve all of our problems. You not being able to fight, might save us you dumb b***h!" He yelled. He was tired of his leader's bitching about safety, right after he would go make reckless and selfish attacks. "Oooo, your a Jinchuuriki?! So what! Your still a p***y! I hope that me and you get to fight in the third phase. I'll show you what a REAL demon looks like in combat!"
(Cobra, you should hurry up before this excels into a fight. This isn't the way I would do it in real life, just staying in character... ^-^)

Being blinded by the fog, Outou wasn't able to see the shurikan whirling through the air. She huddled in on herself, hoping that none struck her. "Koi! You need to strike the pedastal with the element that is engraved into it! Attacks don't work!" she yelled out, seeing as Koi was oblivious to what had just happened. How could he not realise that the jounin's earth attack was absorbed by the pedestal with earth symbol on it and that - and only that - is the reason why he was dragged to the center of the battle arena? And then her own wind attack on the pedastal with the wind kanji which bound Hitsu's arms. It was like Koi was ignorent, content to just blindly attack something he didn't understand. "Bloody demon hosts. Their both useless." Outou mumbled to herself boredly. "They both have higher opinions of themselves and don't even realise it."

(Ok. Here is two things:
1) Metagaming to know I have a demon. It could have been contacts for all you know. And nobody knows about the Sanbi's current host. This is the first time in public I'm using it. I'm not reckless IRP like most Jinchuuriki fools.
2) wtf? I'm attacking the water pedestal. Koi is psycho, not retarded.)

(Yeah. Water Chains technique? It's the only chains technique on my profile. For now. There is an Iron Chains one that would be super cool to have after they are caught by the water ones...
May I have the username of the person, village, rank, and the what not? I don't take too kindly to people auto-knowing my demon...)

As the chains wrapped around the pedestal, the jutsu was absorbed and the kanji 'sui' meaning 'water', lit up with a bright blue color as a blue energy whip shot out and wrapped itself around Hitsu's legs, completely immobilizing him from being able to do anything else as he was unable to move even an inch within the energy binds.
{{First off, Axel bloodline allows him to know people have Jinchuuriki, and he passed a note to Outou and Kai previous to the fight, so Outou's knowledge is legit. I also agree with Outou with your slightly insufficient description of the jutsu. We shouldn't have to poke around in your profile to find the jutsu use, and the way it was written, it didn't sound like the chains were made of water.}}

Then he walked to the Jounin and reached for the scroll and said "Thank you sir you made things rather hard for me and my team." Even tho Havik wanted to argue more he knew it would only further a problem and solve nothing. Havik wanted to say so much that it wasn't his fault he was giving a idiot that only knew how to act alone however once he had the scroll he only said "It is not my fault thing in this ission did not go as planned, missions rarely go as expected however when you hender your entire teams vision when a simpler justu would work fine, then yes you should ecpect people to think you have a mental handicap. As for a fight you should know your not a demon whats inside you is. And its weak." As he spoke their was nothing in his voice but ice he didn't care at all what Koi thought he could do he wanted to beat this cocky little twit to death and was haveing a hard time holding back Kaku's power he didn't like to be insulted either and he wanted to kill the brat as well

Seven Tailed Host Havik looked to were Outuo voice was even tho he could see due ro Koi not realesing the jutsu yet and said "Yes we are done,and you are right, I will speak with a friend from my village she should be able to help with your knee and chest if you would like, she is a medic and a nice person." Havik knew she was right but he was haveing a hard tie controling his anger, he tried getting everyone to work together but this moron just would take orders then he just starts hacking away at things like a idiot, if it wasn't for Haviks jutsu they would still be haveing trouble with this part of the exams Koi didn't help with any part of this test and only held the Outuo and Havik back.
