David yawned softly and slept soundly aganist the wall. his legs curled up to his chest. he was unaware of the time or how long he had stayed.

Shoni's eyes became wide as he realized what time it was. It was near opening time and Zane was no where to be seen.

She blinked on confusion,How did he get over there?She looked at Mr.Beary thinking that hes haunted.

"Thats what I wanna know. Mr.Beary was laying right next to me when we went to sleep. It's werid",Lilly said. Lilly now looking at Mr.Beary. Lilly's parnets had given Mr.Beary to her,Lilly didn't want to lose Mr.Beary. Lilly sighed.

David yawned noisly and rubbed his eyes as the light krept over him in the store. he was waking up but was not completely aware yet. He streched his legs and sat there blinking.

Shoni finally fully woke up and looked around. Zane was still not around so Shoni climbed out of his cage and walked over to the back office. He knocked with his big claws, landing in small thumps.

She just shrugged and continued to eat her food,Its strange.....She got lost in thought and got out of her chair and walked to the fridge pulling out the milk and pouring her self a glass,Want some milk Lilly?She looked at her and waited for a reply.

There was no response. Shoni got irritated and went to the fish section. He found the biggest tank and jumped in.

Ok.She got Lilly a cup and poured her some then handed her her milk,There you go.She sat back down in her chair and drank a little bit of her milk.

Shoni was practicing a skill which was limited to use in the water, the ability to make and electric beam spew from his mouth. At his age it was still very weak. Not even enough to match that of a AAA battery. But when he got fully grown he would be able to incinerate nearly anything with it. "I can't wait to get adopted, then I can trade in the cramped quarters I live in now for something...larger," he said. But to anyone outside the tank it sounded like gurgling.
((If you've seen the Atlantis movie, you'll know what I'm talking about with the electricity.))

Zane woke up and saw the time "Ahhh! it's time to open the store!" " Shoni get in your cage if you're out of it" he said as he was unlocking the store.
