((Btw, that yellow is a bit taxing to the eyes. There isn't like, a dark yellow that you wouldn't mind using, is there?))

Sheo let her whip go limp, and it eventually slid off of Alpha. Without worrying about her own safety, Sheo walked up next to him to stare down into the hole. "...Well, that was weird," she said with a chuckle, after a minute of silence.

Sayuri found herself only a couple of blocks away up in a tree. Her body was twisted and she was caught in the middle by a large limb and had knocked the wind from her lungs.

Alpha looked at Sheo.
Zero was, coincidentally, resting underneath the tree Sayuri appeared in.

Sayuri gasped. "Zero!" Her body weak from the amount of energy that had been zapped from her.

Sheo looked back at Alpha. She raised an inquisitive eyebrow. "Why were you harassing that girl?" she asked suspiciously. This... thing seemed to be far stronger than she.
Leaning in closer to Alpha's face, Sheo also asked, "and more importantly... do you like carrots?"

Sayuri shifted and miscalculated as she fell from the tree, landing hard on her butt beside Zero. "Ah-ta-ta!" She hissed.

(lol, dude, look at my posts early in my RP career and you'll see that i used to do paragraphs back in the beginning, but eventually i got so many RPs the posts shortened)

Zero jumped slightly when Sayuri suddenly dropped next to him.

Sayuri rubbed her bottom immodestly to ease the pain. "Ugh! Damned tree!" Sayuri then blinked hard as she remembered Zero being there. "Ah! Zero! You have to get out of here! Someone's after you!"

Sheo sniffed. "Not even for fun? Oh... I see. I was wondering if you wanted to be my pet, but I guess you'd say no. Oh well," and with that, Sheo leaped onto a building and climbed away. She was overcome by an overwhelming sense of loneliness at the moment... why was that?

Sayuri fumbled. "H-He told me he was a detective but...he couldn't have been a normal human!" She rubbed at her neck still feeling the hard impression on her neck, and remembering how her magic hadn't really worked on him. "He reminded me of you somehow..." She concluded. "Just more cold." Knowing that wasn't exactly the right word.
