Feeling his Magic wane once again, Gerbo has no choice but to go on the defensive once again.
"Ah... You are definanty a worthy a opponent! Glad we invited you into the order!"
Gerbo cried as he held up his amulet once more. Also, being the opertunist that he was, Gerbo aslo quickly cast Lesser Mana Sheild, Completely restoring what he had lost last round plus more.

Raven felt the flux generators finally take her side. She smiled as she flung another energy blast at Gerbo, then focused her superior magic defence.
Spell: Energy Blast (M=10+5-6=9/18 damage)
Hp: 9/35
Ap: 7
Mp: 1
MD: 6+4-4 Synergy!=12
((Also, DM of Death, my apologize. I don't mean to come off as cheating. Which I would never do. From now on I'll just leave them up and correct them. Also, Gerbo, you never answered my question.))

You can update your characters and change your equipment in between fights, but not during.
Therefore, your new stats and spells will only count for your next battle. Same goes for me too since I got 2 new spells as well.

Gerbo, now feeling the full flux of the generators guarding him goes on the assult once more! Casting a large fireball, he was hoping to end the fight before his luck ran out.
"Good match Raven! I look forward to training you in the arts of the Golden Mage!"

Raven, seeing the end is most defenitly upon her decides to go out with a bang...litterally. She focuses everything she can into her attack, almost entirely sacrificing her defencive capabilities in the process. She launches the massive energy blast at Gerbo, but watches in dismay as his magic defence stops most of it, "Oh well...it was a good run." Raven says as her eyes go back to blue. Gerbo's fireball hits the next instant, enveloping her into the blackness of unconciousness.
Spell: Energy Blast (M=10+5-4=11/22 damage)
Hp: 0/35
Mp: 1
Ap: 9
MD: 6+2-6=2

Gerbo rips a massive fireball at Raven, blasting for 17 damage after her defenses kicked in. Gerbo on the other hand, was able to come out with only 4 damage after his Defense Synergy.

((Last tourney was really quick! Count me in for the next one... I just got skilled caster.... And are about to get mana-block, twin blast, anti-magic wisps, and greater mana shield. *WOOT*. What do you think I should get? Fireball, or sorceror's amulet?))

((MAGIC MACHINE GUN! MAGIC MINIGUN! I'm just shooting for another skilled caster so I can use fireball. Of course if I can get an AP fighter mage, then I could use mana-block with the spell... 50% of slightly incopenent magic death... Just wait for the future.... *Drools at the magical possiblillities.*))

(The rules on that are loose for a reason, it's taken on a case by case basis. Things like the "spellbook" are going to be ok since there wizardly. So what Item are you asking about?)

Well it is a wizardly Item, Its the magic bow, it uses your mp to deal magic damage and damage is base on your magic score.
