Using his gift with herbs, Yumari set to work on a drink to ease labor. Using fresh ground roots he added crushed dried cattail, used poppy seeds, and crushed some wild snowberrys into a paist which he added to the mixture with some warmed milk, sturring it softly until it was a semi-thick liquid.
"Here, this should help him along, and also ease the pain of the contractions."

Yumari looked shocked for a second before nodding. He stepped over and grabbed sanitized scissers; with them he took the cord and looped it over his finger, cutting off the flow before he grabbed a strip of black thread and tied it around the cord, cutting off the before he cuts it, freeing the child. As he looked down he saw a soft down of black hair, little ears atop his head were folded down, and a little tail hung against his legs.
"My son... My boy... My Vincent."
He voice was filled with such love and adoration it seemed to spill over and awaken the child, causing him to stir, opening large crimson orbs. When the child opened his mouth, sharp little fangs were glinting in his mouth.
