McKenzie growled from under the covers. "Do and you die." She peeked out from under the covers to gauge the range incase she did need to hit him.
*Michael barked out a laugh* I thought that would get your attention. Come on before the food gets cold. *He stepped back out of the room to allow her some privacy*
McKenzie grudgingly got out of bed. She changed into her clothing and met him at the door. She then lead them to food, sat down with tired eyes, and mechanically began eating.
*Michael looked at McKenzie with concern* Are you okay? Looks like you didn't sleep at all last night? *He grabbed some toast and ate*
McKenzie shrugged. "Not a morning person." She took a bite of toast witha partial halfhearted growl.
Me neither. I wouldn't have gotten up as early as I did if it weren't for that nightmare...
McKenzie arched an eyebrow and looked at him in disinterest. "Oh? 'Bout what?" She took another bite of toast.

Deatheaters. I don't know why, I've never dreamt of them before. Maybe I was just tired. *He shrugged and bit into a piece of salted ham*

*Micahel rubbed his brow* Let's see... It was dark, and I saw myself surrounded by a group of Deatheaters. Then they disappeared. Any idea what it might mean?

McKenzie gave him an even stare. There was a bit of concern detectable in her brow. "It could be just a dream... or... it could be a bad omen." She pushed her plate away. The thought of a bad omen turned her stomach.

Maybe it is just a dream. After all, the Malfoy's aren't well-known for having the power of prophecy. Let's just try and get through our classes today, and worry about what it means later. *He finished off his breakfast*

McKenzie nodded and stood. "If you say so. I'm going to fetch my books and finish gettin' ready. I'll meet you in class." She left the common room, her thought analyzing what Michael had told her of the dream.

*Michael grabbed his bag and headed off to Herbology, making sure to save McKenzie a seat. He set up his equipment, taking out his notebook and writing a few notes down while he waited for class to start*

McKenzie came walking in just as the class was about to start. She honed in on the saved seat and sat down, unpacking her things as the Professor started talking. All of this was done on auto pilot. A good portion of her mind was elsewhere. As much as Michael insisted on not being profetic, something about the dream just didn't sit right with her.

*Michael sat and went over his notes, still unable to figure out what was wrong with his Devil's Snare. He glanced and McKenzie who seemed to be off elsewhere* So have you found life on Mars yet?

McKenzie wasn't so lost in thought that she didn't hear him. She scribbled something the Professor said down as notes before flipping through them to her notes on devil's Snare. She didn't look at him as she retorted. "Yes. In fact they want to join our civilization and hope to sign a peace treaty and would accept KFC as their form of compensation. Any other questions?" She found her notes on the plant and started reading them.

Actually yes. Have they annointed Elvis as their almighty ruler and is the moon really made of cheese? *He said with a smirk as he tried not to laugh*

McKenzie ran her finger along her scrawled lines, still looking and still thinking. "No you smartass. The people of Mars have better taste than to make Elvis their leader. And they say the moon is made of dead mice not cheeze. Easy mistake. Ah here." She looked at the plant. "Looks like it has a common disease. Easily remedied with the proper plant vitamins."

But Elvis is the king. Uh-huh pretty mama. *He said in his best Elvis voice* I'd do the pelvic thrust but I'd probably just end up in the hospital wing... *He looked at what McKenzie pointed out* Well that explains things. *He went up to Madame Sprout and retreived a bottle of plant vitamins and administered them accordingly. The plant seemed to revitalize instantly and wrapped around his hand and wrist* Ah! A little help here...

McKenzie rolled her eyes. "The King can't free himself of a little plant?" She snickered and smirked. "Just relax and it'll let go." She closed her book and looked at the clock. Class was not going fast enough for her. She went back to mostly thinking.
