ElementPro Alrighty then. But how are they different if they use the same exact hand seals? I'm pretty sure they don't... ninja And if they do, it's a matter of power, Raikiri is full on Raiton while Chidori is a weaker version, Raikiri is 99% fatal if it hits, Chidori... not so much.

@ Noir: According to Leafninja.com Raikiri and Chidori utilize the same hand signs but as you said: Chidori is a weaker form. Since Sasuke had to copy it with his Sharingan, he could only peform the less effective Chidori while Kakashi uses the original more powerful Raikiri.

EVERYONE... PLEASE TRY TO LIMIT THE CHAT FROM OCCURING IN THIS THREAD!!! klam- i post a new tehcnique idea in here, each one has an up and a down. the actual attack type of thing and the weakness for the new monster. each will be evenly ballanced so is to keep the creatures from being to strong. although some of the techniques may be extremely powerful they are countered by an easy downfall.
Twisted Fire Starter-(Taijutsu) this is a technique that utilizes the Cursed seal upon David's chest. the cursed seal begins to glow a bright red color as it changes the pattern that appears as it grows into the same style but it has a flame design that is pure red off of each of the maze styled lines. each time David touches an object it begins to heat up which will cause fire to start around him in most cases. Second half: when he is walking then the fire will begin to encircle him. this is within a 10 foot radious that it covers and in a spherical shape aswell. if someone is inside of the ball they will be burnt instantly as well as touching it. this ball increases David's speed dramatically to a speed nearly to the speed of light. the only drawback to this is if David stops moving 5 times he can nolonger use this for five days and the flames collapse inward burning David.

A list of the Slivers and their abilities? I had planned that it'd be based on the actual techniques that Sliver learns. As in, let us say that she learns Edo Tensei, Satetsu Shigure, Utsusemi no Jutsu and Kage Mane no Jutsu. She could call forth a Sliver that possessed one of those techniques, and it would know that technique. If she were a Genin, she could later call forth another Sliver that knew a second technique, and they would share those two techniques. If I were to make a list, it would be forever changing, as Sliver learns more techniques. Or it'd be a complete list of every technique in the guild.
I think that is the safer option, rather than trying to convert the already existing Sliver cards to the guild's system, as that would be very unfair to everyone else. Crystalline Sliver would make all Slivers unable to be targetted by Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, and Toxin Sliver would make every person who suffers even a scratch from one Sliver, die at the end of the post. Very unfair.
