*Snape glared at the girl who had spoken* "This does not concern you. There were witnesses on the train who will attest to the fact that these two were doing more than arguing. Now I suggest you go to your common room and let me deal with my students appropriately."
*Faith turned and glared at the Irish girl. She was only going to make things worse if she didn't leave now*

"Sir, none of those witnesses where in the same cabin as Miss.Wallace, Miss.Malfoy and I. And our cabin was at the back of the train, not a easyly seen place. So either your 'witnesses' are lying or I'm blind and hard of hearing" Kathryn again clamly stated, not backing down. Her hands were folded neatly behind her back as she continued to hold Snape's eyes, her tone respectful as she spoke.

*Snape glared at the girl* "For your misconduct, fifty points shall be deducted from Ravenclaw." *He turned back to the other two girls* "And as for you two, fifty points each will be deducted from Slytherin and you shall receive detention until further notice. As an added bonus to your punishment, the two of you will be sharing a private dorm together for the entire school year."
WHAT?! *Faith shrieked* You can't be serious!
"You both will learn to work together or you will be expelled. *He said with a hiss* "Your behavior is nothing short of unspeakable. Dismissed."
*Faith turned and stormed out of the study, obviously furious at the professor's verdict* My day just keeps getting better by the minute, what next?!

Kathryn didnt flinch or move at Snape's glare nor the lack of points. Instead she mearly said "And you Snape have just lost any respect I would normal have for a teacher. I deem your blind favorisem and lack of justiphication to be in-moral and find your lacking in ethics and out landish punishments un-just." She said, her irish accent coloring her words with only a hint of venom "As a teacher you should lose your job, and as both a adult and a man you should be asamed of yourself" Was her last words, before she ajusted her glasses and calmly stood there with calm eyes, still holding Snapes gaze.
On Kathryn's shoulder Dax screech with fury at Snapes words, the raven clearly understanding them.
"Agreed Dax, he is less then a scum on our shoe" Was her words at Dax's anger before she turned and calming walked out.

McKenzie watched in silence the reactions of everyone and the lie that the Irish girl was attempting fool Snape with. She didn't stay long after Kathryn left. Glancing from Snape to the door before leaving. She walked slowly to the main hall, hoping she hadn't missed dinner. She arrived right as the sorting hat was being put away, taking a seat away from her housemates. Shock overwhelmed her at the combined punishment she and Faith had recieved. I have to what...?!

*Faith sat at the far end of the table picking at her food. She had long lost her appetite and shoved the plate away as she got up and headed out the door to the dorm. Filch took it upon himself to escort her to her 'prison'. She shut the door to the room and sat on one of the two beds that furnished the small space. She opened her trunk and took out a box, opening it to reveal a bunch of small vials filled with potion* Hopefully this will be enough to get me through the year, otherwise I'm in deep s**t... *She closed the box and tucked it inside the drawer by her bed. She then reached into her shirt and pulled out the silver pendant, tracing over the shiny wolf's head with her fingertip, lost in thought*

McKenzie had lost her appetite upon the realization of who her bunkmate would be. She groaned, pushing her plate away from her and dropping her head against the table. "This year is going to be hell... more so than years prior." She slowly stood up and stepped out of the hall. Filch was standing there waiting for her. With his snaggle-toothed grin he escorted her to the new dorm she would be sharing and with a snicker he left. McKenzie stood there, staring at the door before sighing and opening it. Faith was already there, fingering some sort of pendant. Without another glance at the American, McKenzie went to the second bed and flopped down onto it, turning to face the wall. She hoped the girl wouldn't talk to her.

She growled as McKenzie laid down on the bed across from her* Well Tramp, looks like we're stuck together thanks to you. *She tucked the pendant back into her shirt and got up to unpack her things* McKenzie growled, turning with hate in her eyes and chucking her pillow at the girl. "******** off b***h. This situation is just as much yer fault as it is mine! Grow up and take some fecking responsibility for once." Kathryn had ate calmly, knowing that Snape was watching and when she had gotten up to leave she stared at him before leaving, knowng that the other professers would now be wondering what was going on.
After dinner when everyone had gone to their dorms Kathryn had hunted down Flinch, using the silence spell and perafacation spell on him before levitating him in the main hall, words burning in magic fire for all to read
"Cross us and you shall pay, we do not forgive and we do not forget"
After covering her trail the 7th year student went to her dorm, feeding Dax a nice mice before changing into some shorts and a tanktop and sighing softly before moving to her desk to read.

Fisshu McKenzie's face became serious as her eyes became steel. She rolled back over, not saying anything for a moment as she stared at the wall. She gave a half shrug finally as her answer before muttering. "Didn't have a mother..." Can't say that I blame her. I'd run off too if I had a kid like you. *She said, an icy bite to her tone. She rolled over on her side, her back to McKenzie* Chances are I'm wrong, she might have offed herself the second she saw you.
