Kaname yawned and laid down on the bed, his brown haired bangs falling in his face. He frowned looking at the blindes and curtains which were wide open..Suddenly they closed themselves making it a little bit darker in the room, but still enough to where you could read. "Its a crime because its meant for married people, its a great offense..Not something you could be executed for, but it would be bad if anyone found out. Her father would be horrified.."
Kaname closed his eyes staring up at the ceiling of the canopy bed. "Uh huh...There is a slight change you might've been able to survive, but I don't think Vanessa would take that chance.., and yes, you would've become a vampire.." Kaname wasn't exactally interested right now, he was just tired from hanging out in the sunlight most of the day...

Seth sat up and thought about what he should do, he had no idea how long Venessa would be in the shower but he sure as hell wasn't going to abandon her. He looked around the room and saw that Kaname had fallen asleep. Seth sighed, he didn't feel comfortable being in the girls dorms completely alone. He wondered what would happen next, would Venessa still want him around, he had sensed her embarassment when she ran by, he felt like he should have said something but he didn't get the chance to.
"Damn it why can't I ever really say whats on my mind. I'm a freaking empath I ccan snses the emotions of others, so why can't I just reveal my own..."
Realizing he was talking to nobody since Kaname sure wasn't listening he sighed and sat down. He took out a small and old picture he carried around, one showing him and his mother. He smiled slightly to himself, thinking what hi mother would say if she could see him now.

Zero had been standing outside the door and heard a little of what he had said. Zero was cleaned up and now in a pair of blue jeans and white baggy t-shirt. He walked in through the door yawning. He opened one one staring at Seth. He felt bad about hurting Vanessa's feelings, and decided to be nice to Seth just for her..Of course he would always still be pretty jealous and have a small grudge for making him look stupid. " About earlier.."He hated having to apolagize.. "Lets just call it even for now..Last thing I need is for Vanessa to hate me.."Vanessa cracked open the door the the bathroom, glancing around the room silently. She stepped out into the room wearing a beautifuldress. She walked over seeing Zero, and smiled lightly. "How does this color look?" She was used to wearing mostly black, and white. Though Kaname had bought it for last year on her birthday. She sat down on a couch in a far away corner looking at Seth. Zero smirked sitting down beside Kaname on the bed... He sure seems to be knocked out..Of course he couldn't help but smile seeing Vanessa in the dress. "Beaux yeux.."This made Vanessa blushed slightly, as she avoided his eyes, embarassed. (Beaux yeux- He was saying stunningly beautiful) There was a long pause before he finally said something, and his look seemed more serious. "Lacrimae rerum.."He was speaking their language so that Seth couldn't understand. Vanessa seemed a little surprised and knew what he meant.. "Thats some excuse..What about the story of that girl you used to talk about? You can't criticize me, you have no right.."She said lightly, her hands folded neatly in her lap. Zero smiled knewing she would say just that.. " If only you knew milady.." Vanessa was a little confused at this, and decided to over look it.

Seth had wanted to say something to Zero when he walked in, but automaticall forgot everything when he saw Venessa come out of the bathroom. He was at a loss for words and was just blown away by her elgant beauty. He wanted to say something but Zero beat him to the punch. He sat quietly feeling a bit awkward as Zero and Venessa talked of things that he would probably never learn about. At this point Seth really didn't know what to say it seemed that Zero had come by for the soul purpose of making sure that he was ignored. Seth straightened himself up on the chair that he was sitting on, trying to make himself look more noticable and cleared his throat just incase Venessa had forgotten that he was in there.
"So, are you feeling better now Venessa? I guess I was kinda useless back then when you passed out. I am glad that you were able to get the blood that you needed, so I do thank you Zero for being around when she needed it."
Seth hoped that the sincerity that he meant to have shown, was evident in his statement, or else his thank you to Zero would just make him look like an a**.

Vanessa could'nt help but notice Zero's surprised look. "Same goes for Kaname..Of course you know what I mean, right Zero?" Vanessa hadn't forgotten at all about Seth, in fact, she had been secretly watching him this whole time out of the corner of her eye. She smiled lightly walking over to Seth and grabbing him by the arm. She then pulled him close to her, dragging him over to the couch to sit with her. " I've only been gone for twenty minutes, and you look like I've been gone for years.." This time her smile was sweet and bright, not the usual Vanessa expression at all. "There is no need to apolagize..I'm glad just to have you in my presence.."
Zero folded his arms and smirked. For now he would respect Seth as much as he could. Of course now he considered him his rival. Lets just see who she prefers in the end.. Zero casually walked over, and set himself on the armrest on the chair. He smiled mischiviously, a satisfied expression played across his lips. "Looks like somebody has themself a girlfriend, eh Seth?" Vanessa immdiately turned a light pink color, and the bathroom door slapped open as a reaction to her excitement. Of course she pretended not to notice her sudden outburst..

Seth didn't need a mirror to know that his face had turned a bright red. He was surprised that Zero wasn't reacting with the slight amount of envy that he sensed, but he just assumed it was either him wanting to act decent around Venessa, or like him was shocked with her affectionate behavior. Seth himself didn't know how to react this was the last thing he expected from Venessa at this point. She seemed to happy, of course he wasn't complaining since he hoped that he had something to do with it.
"Glad to see that your so full of energy Venessa, and you should try to smile more often it really suits you. And I should be the one thats glad to be in your presence, I mean come on im pretty mundane, you on the other hand are beautiful and elegant, I am glad to have met you, and I really love pending time with you, if you dont mind me saying, despite just having met today, it has been one of the best days I've had in a long time, even with the death threats."
He said the last thing in a bit of a joking matter since he hoped that he wouldnt have to worry about that anymore and that Zero was over it. Looking beside him at Venessa he noticed that there was some hair near the side of her face. He lightly brushed it off to reveal her beautiful face, he felt that it would be a shame to have it hidden.
"There much better, no longer blocking that beautiful smile of yours."

Vanessa was a little surprised in herself actually. Though she had to be careful not to blow something up again. Last time she had gotten mad she had almost killed someone. For a long time I've wanted to smile, and the only one who could do that was Zero..I feel a little guilty now because I always have had a crush on him.., and was thrilled when asked for my hand..I had to say no. I promised myself.., but what is this now? She was a little confused, as she stared at him wide eyed, and pink cheeked. She hadn't noticed the peice of hair there.."Your so kind..It almost makes me sad.." She honestly felt guilty for being so happy when there was nothing to be happy about..This shouldn't mean anything..She then again reminded herself of her virgin promise..I'll never have anyone.. " Your the most interesting human I've ever met..I'll give you credit for that.."
It seems the longer I hang around him, the easier it is to feel emotions and be able to center them..
Zero made a childish face and squished himself in between Seth and Vanessa on the couch, and then put his arm around Vanessa's shoulder. " He's right you know..I'd love to see you smile more.." Though Zero was putting off a strong telepathic aura..As if to say, 'Your going to have to get pass me before I let you have her.'It was a pretty erie feeling, and Vanessa felt a small chill..She knew there was something going on between Seth and Zero.

Seth sighed as he felt pushed aside by Zero, the guy just wouldn't give up, even when trying to act nice. Seth decided to ignore him, but since he didn't know about his ice powers he sent a slight chill up Zero's spine just to freak him out and maybe get him to move, he was happy to have enough control to do that. He then turned to Venessa, a bit curious about her last statement.
"Interesting eh? What do you mean by that, and exactly how many humans have you met before me? Haven't you lived among vampires mostly?"
Seth wonderred what exactly was meant by her comment, but he guessed that it was something good.

Zero felt the cold chill, and he jumped up. "Hey?!" He folded his arms and pouted. He then took a seat criss cross on the floor, an annoyed expression on his face.
Vanessa smiled, glad that he asked.."Well there was this merchant that came to our town..I met him..He wasn't too nice.., and his daughter..She was a pain.."She placed a finger under her chin thinking to herself. "Then there is Kari.., and you!" She smiled mischiviously as she leaned towards Seth's ear. In a soft voice she whispered something while holding up her hand close to her mouth, so Zero couldn't read her lips. "Kari is a servant girl at the palace.., a sort of slave I guess..Since she is held against her will..Its said that Kari and Kaname are in a relationship!" She smiled lightly. "I think its wonderful despite how hard he tries to hide it with his so called 'hating humans' thing..I even saw them kissing in the courtyard one night!" Her voice got a little too loud at the end and Zero raised a brow.

Seth smiled slightly and looked over at Kaname, he was glad to be right about him being the nicer one, but then he realized something.
"Hey wait, you didn't answer me yet, what do you mean by calling me interesting? I am still wondering about that, bit unfair for you to avoid that question don't you think?"Your beauty may distract me sometimes, but I still will catch these little things."
Seth knew that his little trick on Zero had annoyed him, so he dicided to puch his luck a bit more by taking him the space that he just sat in and he put his arm lightly on Venessa's shoullder while he was talking.

Vanessa sighed a small giggle escaping her lips. "So you caught me in the act it seems.. She tensed up when he put his arm around her shoulder, and noticed the cold stares Zero was giving her. Though she did want to pay Zero back for earlier, and..Instead of resisting Vanessa slide over closer to him, laying her head lightly on his shoulder. Though once she was there..She didn't want to move..Almost forgetting his quest she responded quickly."I can't really say..Its your personality..Its so unlike the people where I come from. I get strange feeling whenever I'm around you, as if I've known you for a very long time.."
Zero tapped on his knee impatiently, and his mouth dropped when Vanessa scooted that much closer to him. The nerve of this guy! Vanessa seems to be playing along too..God that pisses me off..

Seth felt the anger and hate coming from Zero, and decided that he probably shouldn't push his luck, atleast not for now. He knew that with the way that Zero felt about him there was probably no way to get out of someday fighting him, but he hoped that he was wrong and things could change. He thought about what Venessa had just said about him. He wondered how much of an impression he had made to make her feel this way, or if it was just that the people around her weren't all that great.
"A long time eh? Well I hope that can become a reality and you do end up knowing me for a long time, cause I do want to spend time with you."

Kaname opened his eyes lazily. He didn't seem too happy either..He said criss-cross on the bed smiling at Vanessa and Seth. It seems they're becomming awfully close..That can't be good for Zero..I feel bad for him after their past together.."Vanessa..By the way..Kari has been sent over by your father..She will come as soon as you are assigned your personal dorm."
Vanessa smiled at Seth and scooted back over to the far end of the couch. She was making Zero awfully made..More mad than he should be..Whats wrong with him?" Maybe we will..If I don't have to leave.."She then saw Kaname and seemed pleased, though it was hard to tell since she didn't smile or express any emotion. "Very well.."

Seth smiled to himself when he heard Kaname mention that Kari was coming, he had a feeling that the guy had planned that. He was a bit disappointed when Venessa went back to her emotionless expression, but when he senesed the amount of anger coming from Zero he knew that was probably the reason. Seth then heard his stomach growl and felt a bit embarassed.
"Oh wow sorry about that, but yeah now that I think about it I can't remember the last time I actually had a decent meal. I think it was a bit before I left to travel to this school. living off of what I just packed, not a smart idea. I think I'll go check out the cafeteria."
Seth himself didn't want to leave but he was begining to get the feeling that he was pushing his luck with Zero. He stood up and made his way to the door giving a small wave to Venessa as he left.
