He smiled and left his hand on her belly. Holding her in his arms he cuddled her happily. "Yes, better practice up Honey." he smiled. "Then maybe we can buy you some new clothes and such!"

Sleep was starting to take him and soon he was drifting. Yet before he fell into slumber he held Lyria like a child would a stuffed toy. His hand still resting upon her small belly. "I'm so glad we met...I don't want to ever leave your side again." he softly said before falling asleep.

Through the night he had tossed and turned a little as well. Yet before she movied his hand seemed to slowly rise as his fingers spread out over her small swelling belly.

After she had left his arms he turned to his side, away from her and felt something pressing into his back. Slowly opening his eyes laying there for a while he could have sworn he felt something lightly kicking at his back.

When he turned around he looked down, and noticed her bare round looking belly. His shirt obviously was too small for her now. He blinked for a moment then lightly placed his hand upon it.

"You're pregnant..." he responded. Sitting up his hands were now touching her belly feeling what appeared to be kicks at his hands. "I don't know how though. We haven't had sex yet for this to happen..." he said.

Jowy felt so awkward. "Uhmm....so now what?" he asked shyly unsure of how to really take this surprise so early in the morning. Yet just as he was about to say something else a bright flash of light entered the room.

"It's you!" Jowy gasped as the same elderly lady appeared. "The one who gave me Lyria's story!"

"Yes child, I am she." the woman spoke in a gentle and motherly tone. Taking off her robe the old woman changed into a beautiful and tall goddess looking woman. "I am Susa the Oracle of Love. I'm sure there are many questions you both have." she mused.

Walking over she gently placed a hand upon Lyria's stomach. "Yes she is pregnant, but with your offspring. The water she drank caused this, it is but one of the few gifts I've bestowed upon you both." she said softly smiling happily.

Jowy was mad, and lept out of bed. "Hey lady! Do we look like some sort of pawns to you! In case you haven't noticed I'm not ready to be---"

"Yes you are, your hearts are. It was your hearts that brought you both together. This is what both of your hearts wished, to have a family. Now you are going to. Do not worry everything will be fine, it will take her a while since her race develops slowly."

He was speechless, surely he was still dreaming. Yeah! It was a dream, when he would awaken everything would be like before right?

The Oracle smiled. "Relax child, you will be carrying them for twelve months. Everytime you kiss you two add another child. You're up to a full litter, which is fine for you because demons have full litters. Though the magic will stop once you reach a certain number of children though. "

Just what kind of cruel game was this! Looking at her large belly Jowy frowned, a full litter!? Really? Just how many were in there anyway?

"You have all the time in the world...do not fret. You and Jowy's offspring will effect this world greatly. Positively I mean. Now then...I shall leave you both to your discovery. Keep in mind I might return from time to time to check up on you both." The oracle mused before vanishing.

Jowy stood there dumbfounded. Looking at Lyria he climbed back on the bed and hugged her from behind. His hands now gently rubbing the sides of her belly he sighed. "We'll find a way out of this..we can't let some woman control our destiny. Lyria..just calm down ok? How about some eggs or something for breakfast? I'm sure you're starving." he said trying to soothe her nerves.

"Shhh...it'll be alright." He said soothingly now massaging her belly gently. He had to admit giving her a belly rub was kind of fun, yet now wasn't the time. He had to get ready for work too.

"Damn, so much is happening so fast and I have to work. Oh well I'll make you something then I've got to go. I'm sorry Lyria." he said letting go of her. He was thinking about kissing her but stopped, this was going to be hard.

After cooking a large breakfast, mostly large for her, he ate his, got dressed, waved bye to his pregnant girlfriend and left for work. Luckally, he would be home early today so they could spend some more time together to figure out what they were going to do about the surprise pregnancy.

Jowy was glad to be home. Entering his humble house he quietly slumped onto the couch. Laying back he stared up at the ceiling. He also stopped at the bank on the way home to pull out a decent sum of money. Jowy had also stopped at the small clothes store in town to pick out some clothing for her to wear.

The lady at the counter had asked how far his wife was when he bought the maternity clothing, he felt so awkward buying them. Not really knowing Lyria's sizes he hoped she could work with the clothing.

It was a few shirts and pants, but they should be able to stretch and fit around her frame pretty well, that way she wouldn't feel so exposed. Jowy hoped she had perfected her human form because tomorrow he was going to take her maturnity shopping weather she liked it or not!

Jowy was quietly sleeping. Laying there cutely he was so tired. Lyria being pregnant took a lot more out of him than he had relized. She would spot three bags of clothing on the floor near him.

He deeply loved her, and hated seeing her in this pain. Jowy wished they could have at least made the children naturally. The couch, well more of a loveseat really, was big enough for two people to share. He looked like a small kid laying in a 'big boy bed' for the first time.
