Danny took another step towards Alexander, watching the flames glow. She was standing next to him now, her head next to his shoulder. What wouldn't like you? she thought, grinning. Moreover, it was interesting to think that the fire itself didn't like him, like it had feelings. Maybe it did, but Danny wasn't aware of it. "What are you gonna do with it?"

Now a days, any good fire-breather has this ability, its how they don't get burned, although the pretend to use salves and the like." Alexander explained, doing the best to not keep the flame stationary for any length of time. "I used to use it to promote the shop when I first opened it, but now I have a steady clientele that I'm rather happy with." He added, holding his hand up and to her, looking over his shoulder at her. "Would you like to try? It's quite simple honestly. Fire is bolder than both water and air as well as more workable than earth. It would be the perfect beginner element if it weren't so temperamental and destructive. But I think you can handle it with us here." He said, smiling at her. Her obvious curiosity was quite endearing, just as he remembered it being, and he found himself wanting to suddenly show her everything he knew, everything she had known, but he quashed the urge quickly before he became too impulsive.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny was taken aback by Alexander's words. Was he trying to ask her if she wanted to hold it? Was he joking? Holding fire? Wouldn't that burn you? she thought, a brow raised. "What???"

Danny's cheeks turned a light pink as Alexander took her hand and she gazed at him when he spoke. I wonder what language that is, she thought, turning her attention to her hand. She stayed as still as she could, watching the flames turn blue. She gasped in delight and brought her hand closer to her body, her dark eyes filled with its glow. "Wow, how cool," she said. She still had no idea how Alexander managed to do what he did... she'd have to do a little more research.

Danielle felt the warmth in her palm. For a second, she let it sit there, and she gazed at it. She slipped it into her right hand, her throwing hand. She looked over at Alexander and nodded. Her eyes darted back to her flame, still blue in her hand. She weighted it carefully, feeling how light it was. She grasped it, clutching it like a baseball. She brought her hand behind her, holding her other hand out to aim. Pushing it from her palm as she threw it, she made sure not to throw too hard. If it managed to fall, there might be trouble.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander leaned forward to catch it, but as he did so it turned back to its usual orange and broke into three smaller flames that he scrambled to catch. He scowled at it lightly before tossing them up into the air, juggling them for a short while before tossing them towards Evanna. She caught them and tossed them back, beginning to juggle with him as the flames continued to divide, until it looked as though they were weaving a thin thread of fire between them.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

"Wow," Danielle said, gazing at the orange flames shooting back and forth between Evanna and Alexander. What was it exactly that lets them do that? she thought, watching, taking another step towards the light, her eyes darting back and forth between the two. "How are you doing that?" she asked.

"Woah!" Danny said, watching their figure eight form. She stood next to Alexander as he now tossed the fire back and forth to Evanna. Maybe now was the right time to jump in. She smiled and stepped forward, saying, "Can I join?" She smirked.

Danny felt the warmth coming from the fire as she held her hand out and it hopped onto her fingers. She grimaced quickly before that expression faded, taken over by concentration. It bounced there for a while as she ever so lightly caught it and pushed it back out into the air, like if she was trying to touch something hot, she'd touch it lightly to get used to it, then grab it quickly all at once. The fire settled and she gripped it like a ball. She tossed it into the air and smiled, her pearly whites shining. Her bangs fell back into her eyes as she brought the fire down to gaze at it, then looked back to Alexander, grinning. "This is unbelievable." she said, overly happy.
