Jiggalicious You switched the letters around. It is emperor, hon. heart *grunts* I think it must be spelled wrong in the dictionary. That is probably the problem there. smile

Maybe it's coming to a horrendous emperor-filled ruin of an end? Or is that emporer-filled? Maybe we should stuff Oreos with it?

Stuffing oreos sounds like a good idea, Jiggy. Oh, and I like your new outfit, too! Very harem-esque. ^_^ *giggles, running away*

You and _of_ are hurting TMO's tender sensibilities though...he hates my Harem-esque outfit. However, he admitted to liking my current one. eek Thankees to y'all!

I've heard of despots rewriting history, but rewriting the dictionary? How appalling!

FastFresnel I've heard of despots rewriting history, but rewriting the dictionary? How appalling! The victors write the dictionary. *nods sagely* That is the axiom of history.

Blossom, pick up whatever weapon you have at your disposal, brandish it, and run boldly about! Do not hide!

FastFresnel So do I. It disturbs me that schools (colleges, even) are turning out people who can't spell, don't know the difference between "its" and "it's", think the word "piqued" is spelled "peaked" or "peeked", and the list goes on. And the really bizarre thing is, some of these people are actually employed as copy editors, because this stuff appears in newspapers and magazines increasingly. Gack. Are we doomed? This sort of situation was common in the 18th century? But nowadays, with spellcheckers that don't edit for context... * Falls swooning on the floor. * [Edit: yes this is from the early pages of this thread, but I'm new here. ]
