*The wolf sighed and stood. He walked along the outer wall looking for the young female. His ears perked up when he heard something in the distance. A second later an arrow went zipping past his head, missing him just barely. He snarled at the giant that stood before him*
You be havin' no business wonderin' round 'ere." *Hagrid said and loaded another arrow into the crossbow*
*The wolf lunged and knocked over the man before running off into the forest*
*Hagrid stood and fired, striking the beast in the rear haunch*
*The wolf let out a pained yelp and ran on three legs into the forest. He attempted to pull the arrow free with his jaws, but it was beyond his reach. He whimpered and whined in agony as he made his way back to his den*

McKenzie sighed as she sat down in a chair in the Potions classroom. It was dark and had no windows. A place where she could think and not be disturbed. She remained there only for a little while before her stomach finally growled and felt slightly faint. She couldn't remember when she last ate and it was around dinner time, so she went to the Great Hall to eat.

Fisshu McKenzie sighed as she sat down in a chair in the Potions classroom. It was dark and had no windows. A place where she could think and not be disturbed. She remained there only for a little while before her stomach finally growled and felt slightly faint. She couldn't remember when she last ate and it was around dinner time, so she went to the Great Hall to eat.

Ninjara Fisshu McKenzie sighed as she sat down in a chair in the Potions classroom. It was dark and had no windows. A place where she could think and not be disturbed. She remained there only for a little while before her stomach finally growled and felt slightly faint. She couldn't remember when she last ate and it was around dinner time, so she went to the Great Hall to eat. McKenzie gagged on the soup she was swallowing at the chilling sound of the wolf howl. She looked around. No one else had heard it. McKenzie sighed. She knew that howl. It was a howl of desparation and pain. She smacked her head on the table lightly, ignoring the few odd looks she got. She decided the wolf could wait long enough for her to finish her food. Once she completed her meal she got up and went out to the woods. She hovered around the forests edge. " I'm at the forest's edge if you can hear me. I'll go no further in. You must come to me. I'll wait ten minutes for your arrival Mr. Desparate. " She leaned against a tree and waited.

McKenzie oddly felt a little better as she went back to through the Common Room. When she got to her dorm she was mellow, laying on the bed to think. She didn't think she would take the wolf's offer of a pack, but she had to decide how long to wait for Faith until it no longer became worth it. Then her thoughts trailed to Faith's last request and then to Michael. "I should really be nicer to him."

*Michael returned a short while later carrying a plate of snacks. He took a deep breath and headed upstairs to McKenzie's room, knocking on the door before opening it a little* May I come in? I come bearing junk food.
