Ninjara Fisshu Ninjara Fisshu McKenzie brought her hand up and traced the curves on Faith's face with her fingertips. "You could try for me... cause if you stop trying... then I have no one." McKenzie's inner wolf spoke up. No... you have the wolf in the forrest. But I don't want that. You want the b***h? Yes. She could feel the wolf sigh and resign. McKenzie nuzzled Faith's shoulder. "If you love me... then try at least a little." *Faith got up and stood by the window* I don't think I can Mac. With me being a were again, it means that I'm five times as powerful than before, if not more. There's no telling what my lycan form will be capable of now. I'm afraid I'm far too dangerous to be with now. I will always love you... But for now, I just need to be alone. For everyone's sake. *She choked on her last words. They were the hardest that she had ever had to speak to someone* Please don't hate me for this... McKenzie could feel her heart break. She was sad, then angry, then accepting, then all of the emotions all at once. She stood, her body trembling. The words were familiar. "Fine.... I can tell when I'm not wanted anymore..." She turned, the anger getting her more as she headed toward the door. " 'I just need to be alone for everyones sake'... those are the same words my father used before he abandoned me. Thanks for leaving me alone in the world once more." She left the room, slamming the door behind her. Then she ran. She paid no attention to where she was going. She just needed out. *Faith broke down then, collapsing to the floor in a heap of tears* I'm sorry... *She whispered* *Michael was on his way back from the library when he saw McKenzie run past. She looked upset and couldn't help but wonder if she and Faith had had another fight. She chased aftrer her, switching his cane to a broom and keeping a steady pace with the young woman* Wallace, wait up. What happened? *He pulled around in front of her and hopped off the broom*McKenzie didn't stop, she glanced up, noted the space and did a jumping flip over him. She landed on all fours and kept running. She didn't want to explain. She didn't want to be comforted. She wanted to go where she could accept the fact that she was going to be alone.

She didn't want to be comforted. She wanted to go where she could accept the fact that she was going to be alone. McKenzie turned a corner just as he shouted out the spell. She growled low and quickly ducked into a shadowed corridor. She ran silently and kept to the shadows, hoping Michael would give up soon.

She didn't want to be comforted. She wanted to go where she could accept the fact that she was going to be alone. McKenzie turned a corner just as he shouted out the spell. She growled low and quickly ducked into a shadowed corridor. She ran silently and kept to the shadows, hoping Michael would give up soon. McKenzie came to a stop, growling low. The strike hadn't phased her and her anger was at her peak. She was barely controlling the wolf as her eyes glowed yellow in the darkness. She didn't warn or even hesitate as she swung out with her fist and caught him square across the jaw. The voice that came out wasn't her own. "I hope you enjoy the crack in your cane. Now let me pass if you want to live."

Fisshu McKenzie growled, and turned with his motion catching him in the nose with her elbow. When the hold was loosened she lept away and ran, releasing all mental bonds she held on herself and going faster than even Faith could. She called out behind her. "Mind yer own fecking business Malfoy!"

When the hold was loosened she lept away and ran, releasing all mental bonds she held on herself and going faster than even Faith could. She called out behind her. "Mind yer own fecking business Malfoy!" McKenzie ran to a corridor she had never seen and sat down to take a breath. She rubbed her shoulder. Michael was butting into business that was not his... or was he? How did he move that fast? The wolf in her replied. Did you not notice his scent? Think about it. The wolf silenced, becoming more of an alerting pressence as she thought. "It was off... but I don't know why..." The wolf was still silent. McKenzie stood, she knew she had to keep moving. So she continued running, realizing she should make her way outside before the other inhabitants of the castle got in her way.

*Michael went to the Slytherin dormitory and found Faith on the floor of her room crying. He rushed over and knelt beside her* Morgan? What's wrong? Did you and McKenzie have another fight?
No. I told her it wasn't safe to be around me anymore.
What? Why?
Because I'm a werewolf again. The animal that attacked me was a werewolf. I'm right back where I started!
*Michael paled at the news then he began to tremble* Oh God Faith, I'm so sorry... I didn't mean it.
*Faith looked up at him* What are you talking about? Why are you acting like you're the one that... You're the wolf that bit me? I don't understand, how can you be a werewolf?
*Michael pulled the neck of his shirt down, revealing a large bite scar on his shoulder* It happened after your first transformation. You attacked me and were trying to drag me off. Mom jumped in to save me and she... *Tears welled up in his eyes* I'm so sorry, I should have told you sooner.
*Faith couldn't look at him any longer* Just get out.
Faith I... *He reached out and touched her shoulder*
I said LEAVE!! *She growled as flames outlined her entire body*
*Michael withdrew his hand in pain and hurried out of the room. He didn't want to risk angering her any further*
*Once she was sure that he was gone she went over to her trunk and began packing her belongs. She would be on the train and halway home before anyone discovered she was gone. She wrote McKenzie a farewell letter and left Hogwarts*

Dear McKenzie,
I am sorry if you feel like I am abandoning you, but I feel I must do this to protect you. I love you, and I have enjoyed the times that we have shared. This year has been the best of my life, despite all the hell I have been through. I don't know if I will return, but I want you to know that no matter where I go, I carry you with me in my heart, my soul, and my memory. I'll love you always and forever.

It was hours before McKenzie came back to the dorm room. When she arrived she found it empty. She glanced around in vague confusion. "Maybe she went to lunch..." It was then she saw the note. She broke down into tears on the spot, her legs gave out in exhaustion from running, and she fell to the floor sobbing.

It was then she saw the note. She broke down into tears on the spot, her legs gave out in exhaustion from running, and she fell to the floor sobbing. McKenzie didn't notice the boy enter. She was too busy crying. Her heart was broken and that was all she was aware of. It was at his yelling that she was aware Michael was there. She wasn't sure if she wanted him there or if she wanted to be alone. but the note said to watch after him... So she said nothing and attempted to calm her tears.
