KitsuneChan8888888 Personally, I thought he sounded better when he was pretending to be Namu than usual... Yea, I think that's the point I'm attempting to make. I really don't think it would be right for me to be picky about the voices anyway, considering I can't get my hands on the original. "Beggars can't be choosers", right? The only problem I have is when they change the voice actors half-way through. Other than that, their voices are who their dub self is. And that's fine with me. Yea, the Japanese voices are better - of course - but, the dub itself isn't that horrible. Seriously, have you heard some of the voice actors they have on TV these days, could be a lot worse. (Naruto's for one - makes me gag... U_U )

I absolutely hate Naruto's dub voice... most of the other voices aren't half-bad, but Naruto's... *shiver* But anyway, I never did care for the YUU*GI*OU dub voices, even before I saw Japanese episodes. I guess I was choosy even when I was a begger. XD;; *fails* But I still put up with watching it, ya know? o.o

Dan Green just wasn't used properly. His manly masculine and "childish" voice works for other characters... just not for Yuugi or Yami no Yuugi. He played it better as Kyo.
Does anyone find it weird that when he plays as Kyo he can say some Japanese words properly, but when he plays as Yuugi or Yami no Yuugi he can't..?

I've never watched Fruits Basket dubbed... (that is what you're referring to right? o.o) But 4-Kids probably doesn't let him pronounce Japanese right, because then it would make them seem slightly intelligent and professional. XD;;

Oh, and by the way - Kyo isn't played by Dan Green. Trust me on this one, I'm like 99% positive. I own the DVD's and it has the background info for each voice actor. (And I'm a huge Kyo fangirl... so.... )
@K-Chan: Maybe that is what they do for Honda's dub voice, he always pronounces Bakura VERY wrong and it's annoying. O__o

If, for example, he didn't know how to pronounce a word, he would ask and whoever was directing him told him how to say the word. Or perhaps when he mispronounced something, they corrected him. ._.

Haha, I looove Samurai Deeper Kyo. I died when I found out Dan Green was gonna do Kyo and Kyoshiro's voice. Lolz. It didn't seem right. And to anyone who knows, Isn't Benitora voiced by Wayne Grayson too? That's so weird. XD~
Oh, I personally don't mind Dan Green's voice acting as Yami no Yuugi in the earlier episodes of Yuugiou. His voice was actually pretty normal. It got all weird and deep later on. I have no idea what happened. ._.;

Shunsuke sounded REALLY high pitched and I loathed his voice, but instead of Dan Green sounding weirder, Shunsuke just got better.
