I have thought about it and it would seem like it would be fun to Incapasitate someone with both Electrical energy and overwhelming chakra build up." He smiled. "It would be so deadly."

"Well then when i become a strong ninja I will force them to tell me." Hikaru then grinned maniacly from ear to ear. "Or i will slaughter them all." Hikaru didn't let up his gaze all though he wasnt trying to be evil. "Haha." he let up a slight laugh but on the inside he felt fluttery and such.
