I Think its public its just not enough people know of it perhaps all villages should make an announcement of it (though they shouldn't inlcude bias messages like heal me or something) explaining the rules, giving a link, and also explaining the whereabouts of the thread so they dont' have to use the link everytime. If nobody minds I will make announcements on everyones villages I will just copy and paste the same thing that way everyone knows I didn't place any hidden messagese to my villages or anything. smile
