Mercury pet her little Neko gently, letting him eat and rest. "You let me know how you feel mon petite, any pain of feeling of strangeness, You tell me about it understand? Any problems that come from this I want to catch and correct as soon as possible." She tickled him behind his ears, tracing his jawline with her finger. "I do not foresee any to come, but still." She smoothed his hair back and the soft trail of fuzz down his neck. "Explore and rest as you wish, I will summon you as I require." She told him turning to her computer and pulling up a software program. Some new parts would be necessary to attach the former augment into the mainframe, but if it would work she would be able to communicate and study the curious entity Sven.

And when he gets to Heaven,to Saint Peter he will tell... Aingel mewed and hopped down from the table, walking away to explore the house. It was so big! He didn't know where to start! Eventually, he found himself in the foyer, where he had first entered the mansion. However, he no longer remembered that event...in fact, it was hard to recall ever entering the mansion...had he been here all his life...? No matter, he was safe with his mistress...that was all that mattered....
Eventually, he made his way back to the lab. He tilted his ears towards the strange glowing device on the counter, and walked over to it, looking at it for a second before going over to see what Mercury was working on... "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."

Mercury put the last bits in place as Aingel came back to see her, she rubbed behind his ears distractedly. "Just a new computer-interface pet. I found a new bit of technology to play with..." she gestured to the small iced-down Sven, linking the interface with her computer. "Could you -carefully- bring that last piece to me mon petite?" She asked turning to watch Aingel lest something go wrong and she have to intervene. The boy would be a good messenger or general servant, with his pet-like intelligence. Pity his cognitive function wasn't more, he might have made a decent assassin. Ah well, butler would just have to do.

And when he gets to Heaven,to Saint Peter he will tell...Aingel mewed and nodded, and retrieved the object that Mercury mentioned, carrying it carefully in his mouth and setting it down gently on the counter next to Mercury. He went back to the device that she had been working on, and sniffed it, pawing at the edges slightly to see if it did anything. It did not, much to Aingel's dismay, and he went back over to his mistress, and looked back up at her meowing in curiosity. "What will it interface with, mistress?" "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."

Mercury smiled taking the Sven device from Aingel, "With this. A new toy I have recently acquired thanks to the careless inefficiency of your previous masters..." She caressed her humanoid feline, silently inviting him to watch as she wired Sven into the interface. the interface was much like an external hard-drive that she would be able to access and study from her computer. Sven would be kept separate from her delicate algorithms and genetic code stored on her computer, though she would allow him access to the camera and microphone...it would make the research more interactive surely, as well as allow him to speak and see. "The device's name is Sven. ...Does that mean anything to you my pet?" Mercury asked Aingel casually curious if he had been subconsciously aware of his possession.

And when he gets to Heaven,to Saint Peter he will tell...Aingel's mind suddenly flashed with snippets of memory: a guiding, flat voice in his head, chiming in to correct him before he made a mistake in front of his EnteCom handlers during his combat training, encouraging him to get up when he fell, urging him on when hope seemed lost....he had never thought much of it, though the name Sven sounded....familiar, and it made him think of those memories. He looked back at Mercury, and shook his head. "A little, but nothing, like, really important, Mistress....just a voice in my head or something....is that Sven?" "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."

Mercury finished the the hook-up, the small interface portal whirred softly to life as it connected with the computer screen. "It was...." She replied absently watching the computer screen for a sign of the sentient program's presence. She kept her hand gently rested on Aingel's head, "A voice, What did he tell you?" Mercury asked curiously, keeping one eye to the screen, "Or can you answer that? Sven?" she smiled, returning her gaze to the computer as she pet her feline slave at her feet.

The monitor gave a smooth buzz, as if sighing. A person appeared on the screen, an almost exact clone of Aingel, except with grey hair and eyes. He pinched the bridge of his nose upon seeing what Aingel had become, as if annoyed. "I saw from the video feeds that you had given him feline attributes, but that...." Aingel cocked his head, mewing cutely in curiosity, eliciting another sigh from Sven. "...no matter. Yes, I am Sven, Aingel's....mentor AI. I provided guidance and advice to the boy when EnteCom was...training him, and also helped stabilize his body when EnteCom experimented on him."" "One more soldier reporting, sir. I've served my time in Hell."
