The boards were too tough, especially what kind it was.
A red belt kinda cheated by bringing in 2 1/2 inch boards.
P-M broke both of her boards (lucky her sad I'll do better next time).
I am expected more power, like always the results I get in TKD.
I have to start squating soon, to help my legs. emo
I better start lifting weights, yes, to be like Armstrong. wink
It ended at 8:25 PM PST.
I had to show the white belts the demonstration (many skip that part and come later).
For a long while, I was extremely thirsty.
I ended up drinking 5/6 of the bottle, cause that's all there is...
I only ate one bowl in dinner, like always. (I feel like that's not a good thing, especially since I am growing right now...)
I'm getting tired a little.
I haven't even taken a shower.
