*Sets his beer down and lights a cigar up*
The register 'hooey' is Tony Stark and the government's great idea about registering all super powered heroes and making them on government payroll. And if you don't, yer pretty much a fugitive of the law.
*Takes a few long puffs and blows out the smoke*
Pretty much the mutant registration, but now extended fer everyone with powers.

And the anyone in the government chain related to my past has their panties so twisted the last thing they wanna do is make me file any kinda paper work. So I can skim the radar on that one.

l-lellboy Hmm.... I'm starting to wonder about Brainy's theory regarding this place... ninja Am I the only one who thought he sounded like Dr. Lecter when he said "Clarice" in that tone of voice?

So everybody with powers has to register and get enlisted? I can think of fifty ways that wouldn't work in the time it takes me to hear that. And not everybody ought to be working for Uncle Sam. He can be a pretty crappy boss.
...on the other hand, the whole power registry part would make things so very much easier at the B.P.R.D. sweatdrop It'd probably reduce the number of times we went into a situation blind by at least a third.
