The register 'hooey' is Tony Stark and the government's great idea about registering all super powered heroes and making them on government payroll. And if you don't, yer pretty much a fugitive of the law.

Pretty much the mutant registration, but now extended fer everyone with powers.

Sorry about that, had to pick up my little brother from Hellz R Us. Er, I mean, Toys R Us.
Made a successful Slurpee Run though.

And the anyone in the government chain related to my past has their panties so twisted the last thing they wanna do is make me file any kinda paper work. So I can skim the radar on that one.

...on the other hand, the whole power registry part would make things so very much easier at the B.P.R.D. sweatdrop It'd probably reduce the number of times we went into a situation blind by at least a third.
