Van couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "I didn't realize you were such a strategist." he joked. "Hopefully that's our last interruption for the night."

Riley nodded, starting to feel somewhat silly sitting in a fetal position next to a toilet.

"Hopefully." Mala said, tossing aside the skirt that she had covered herself with as she slipped back into bed with Van. She kissed him on the cheek. "Sorry for all the drama."

Angel led Riley stealthily back to their room, and then she locked the door and blockaded it with various things, and finally pushing the bed up against the whole construct, and then she flopped down on it. "We should do it again while we're being terrified for our lives."

"Not your fault. You can blame those crazy kids." Van said in the weak, fake accent of the crotchety old man that would yell at kids to get off his lawn.
"Yes, because that's going to help our situation..." Riley said rolling his eyes, wondering if Angel's mind was dirtier than she made it seem.

"Good. Otherwise I'd make a lousy boyfriend and suddenly become much more susceptible to getting dumped, something I'd prefer not to happen. Ever." Van half-joked as he wrapped his arms around her waist in return.
"And just get us into more trouble. Last thing I want is my sister thinking I'm a horny pervert all of a sudden." Riley said with a depressed sigh. This was definitely not one of his finer moments.
