"I suppose standing up can do nothing for getting warm, for you at least," Haar murmured, letting his grasp on the teen's hips loosen as he turned to glance around the area. If that lecherous woman was spying on them... well, he'd have something to say about that if it were the case. It appeared as if they were alone though, and although Alti looked tired he seemed to be undrugged-- which was always a good thing.

Taking one of the boy's wrists, Haar turned it over, examining the other's arms before giving him a quick look over. He looked to be fine, just tired. Red eyes settling upon the storm native's unusually-colored eyes, the young commander let his fingers slip from Alti's wrist, settling it back in its former position in order to nudge him closer towards the rocks so he'd have something to balance himself with. He couldn't say he wanted the boy to have to steady himself against sharp edges or granite, but he couldn't exactly allow himself near him either...when he was wet...and...basically naked. No, he would not allow his mother such entertainment.

"Eh, just get yourself situated and if you need anything just...say so," he murmured in an almost strained voice.

[[...Poor Haar. XD]]

HAPPY PAGE 100 OMG. OMG.

((Happy page one-hundred, everyone. :"D ))

Alti, now assisted by the other's steadying hands, was able to keep his akward stumbling to a minimum (which basically meant a couple stubbed toes). It didn't even register in his dazed and bleery mind that the other was tugging him along by the hips (something that was, undoubtedly, more than a little suggestive). When at last they reached the edge of the stone that dipped off into the pool, he lowered himself down to a sitting position, supporting himself with one hand on a rock and the other on one of Haar's knees. He then sank greatfully into the water, sighing as he did so. THe water felt so... warm and comforting.

He leaned over against the cool stone and layed his arms on it, his head comming to rest on them. His eyes fluttered shut as he allowed his aching muscles to relax.

Settling himself down a few feet away, Haar frowned slightly. "I'm glad we don't have...baths like these in the fire nation. I don't think I'd ever want to leave," he murmured, not really epecting an answer from the teen who look ready to pass out at any moment. It was nice, much nicer than any regular bath even if it meant you had to share the space. Haar supposed that these baths could come in quite handy from tme to time though, but this was not one of those time not matter how much Allora wanted it to be or...or how utterly fu-

He really needed to stop thinking like Xel.

[[Yes, that would probably be best. x3]]

(("Fu"...? xD;;; Huh? Tato, your unfinished thoughtness things make me so confuzzled... Dx))

"Mmmm..." he murmured, not quite comprehending what the other had said. He felt overly muddled with his achy sickness, but, somehow, slightly more clear-headed and awake than he had before. Yay for small improvements. The steaming water and relaxing atmosphere of the baths always helped and he could feel his splitting headache begin to ease away... or, at least, part of it.

((EDIT:
xD You called him "Haaro." *giggle*))

[[Well, considering that Xel is a completel perv...~ I just wonder what Haar is thinking that is Xel-like that starts with an 'fu' and ends with a 'ckable', etcetcetc. D:

I am a horrible person. I also thought that unfinished thought was easy to figure out. XD]]

Haar blinked several times at the boy. He didn't really seem to be listening...

With a smirk, the brown haired man almost chuckled as he continued, "I'm sorry about your mother waking you and bringing you here. I think she's set on playing matchmaker. Can you feel any sort of magical presence, some sort of...tag that would allow her to peek in on this wonderful, relaxing, completely nonsuggestive bath we're having?" He asked, realizing the boy was still probably not listening to him.

[[I've actually never done that before. I usually just plain type out Har..and then catch myself. XD That's an odd combination~ x3]]

[/edit] Ack. No shout box. D: -cries-

((xD Ah. *feels like a dunce* Eheh... >>;;

Annnyway. I have to go to dinner in a bit.))

Again, Alti didn't seem to fully comprehend the other's words. It took him a moment to understand and once he did he sat not quite bult up straight (more like he tried to sit up and ended up flopped over on the rock again until he propped himself up on the rock with a hand), face flushed. He frowned, shooting the other a quizical look.

"I... no. She only... only uses it for medical stuff... and tagging and... watching - that stuff's not allowed in the baths. It's been a long standing rule for... well, a long time," he mumbled, face scrunched up slightly in agitation as he tried to remember just when that rule had started. "Even Mum has to let people have privacy sometimes..." he muttered under his breath.

Haar looked very much relieved at the prospect. The young man hoped the other meant that tagging anyone was not allowed in way that suggested it was impossible, because people broke the rules all the time and with how...eager the woman had been to get them together, more than half naked, he wouldn't put it past her.

"That's good," he murmured with a sort of wistful grin. "Oh, and your mom thinks we're an 'item'. Is that what they call it these days? Anyway, just thought I'd let you know before you go hitting me or something when she expects me to kiss you goodbye," he explained, hoping the teen was more awake now, even if he didn't look it.

Easing himself against the back of the pool, Haar allowed himself to relax just a bit, closing his eyes for a moment before they snapped back open at the scuffle of sounds Alti's fall produced. "Eh, you okay?"

[[Okay. I might not be here when you get back. x3]]

Dax winced at the horribly mind-piercing screech. There was no doubt by the unstable rocking of the boat beneath his feet and the sound of churning wood that the boat was not going to last much longer. As he saw pieces of the boat begin to fall away, his expression dropped into one of 'this can't be happening' before slipping into one of panic.

"Make it stop, make it stop! Turn us around!" the blonde said, pulling at the steering wheel frantically but to no avail. It seemed to have no effect on the crumbling boat.

[[Awww<3@Haar]]

Oblivious to the contents of the exchange between the two behind him, Ruehl lifted his hand to press against a dark cherry wooden panel of the dining room door. Upon entering, he then let his hand linger on the door to hold it for his guests.

"Please," he made a gesture toward the set places at the table. He moved to take his seat as well.

"So..." he began, pulling his napkin into his lap and smiling at Ceris. As the meal was brought out and set before each of them, he began back into their prior conversation. "I apologize for what happened in the garden, once again. Were you going to ask me something?"
Ceris's expression shifted from a relatively happy one to one...not quite so joyful. "Why, Xel, did I run off to the gardens again? Could you remind me?" He asked, peering over at the solider, who had a forkful of some sort of mashed squash midway towards his mouth.

The knight straightened up as he felt both pairs of eyes upon him, lowering his fork as he held a steady gaze on the mage. "Because you blew up at me for... giving Haar a paper cut. You know you shouldn't baby him all the time, he's twenty for god's sake," he muttered with a soft frown. He knew Ceris had been absent-minded as to why he had been in the garden in the first place because of the fire caused by the ever careful Ruehl. Xel's inner voice was quite fond of sarcasm.

Clenching his fist around one of the many forks formally placed around his plat, the short haired man glared hard at Xel. "I do not baby him. I just...I just didn't want any trouble for at least a few weeks until we could send your papers! That's all I asked! And the first thing you do is attack our commander. He's not the rank as you anymore, Xel... and I- I don't want to lose you again, okay?" The young man's voice became increasingly softer, to the point that he was sure the last bit could only have been heard by the brown-eyed knight.

[[Sorry for taking so long. >.<;]]

"We're almost to the castle, don't worry," Cain murmured to a bleary-eyed Peyton, who was currently trying to fight off unconsciousness. "We'll get you in bed and...and Ceris can fix you up and everything will be okay, alright?" He and the young woman sitting acrossed from him both knew the comment was said more to assure Cain than Peyton.

Haar's younger sister leaned over the blonde, looking very concerned as she brushed away fair hair from blue eyes. "Sweetie, can you hear me? Can you tell me if you're feeling any better?" She asked softly, keeping a hand cupped around the boy's face. She'd seen Haar and Peyton both in states of complete disarray, but... but she had never seen anyone who was fighting off the remains of any sort of curse. It scared her to see the boy she thought of as a little brother so weak.

"Mm'okay. I feel...a lot...better n-now that...we're...out of...the-" The young woman placed a gentle hand against the boy's lips, nodding to show that she understood.

"Save your energy Sweetheart, I'm glad you feel a bit better. It will be a little while 'til we're home. How about you rest for a bit? We'll make sure you're okay," she whispered with a delicate smile, glancing up at the brown haired knight for a moment, watching as his brows furrowed in worry before she ran a hand through blonde hair. "Just sleep."

Alti nodded but then had to stop - it hurt too much when his head was in motion. Frowning, he glanced up at the other. He wasn't sure he understood at all. What was all this talk of items and hitting and... kissing? Brow furrowed, he gave the other a quizzical look that he was not at all successful at holding and another pounding throb echoed through his head. Groaning, he clutched his forehead with his free hand until the pain eased away... for the moment.

"Nnn... I'm... fine..." he mumbled slowly, leaning back against the lip of the bath. "It's just a... headache."

Sayael turned as the young death prince came running up the stairs. "Water wha--?!" he began, but was cut off as the boat emitted a loud screaching noise. He cringed at the sound, stuffing his fingers into his ears. He tried to mutter out a spell to quiet the sound. But it didn't work... at least, not entirely. True the sound did quieten, but it didn't stop.

And it was at that moment that they passed through the mirage of the Wall.

Jillian followed Faryn up the stairs to find himself confronted with the glowing image of the Wall. His hands gripped the rails with unneccesary force as they neared it, his entire body tensing. He didn't want to go back; he couldn't go back. It was wrong. It was bad. It... His eyes squenched together as the Wall loomed ever nearer.

And then they were entering it... and past it. But something strange was happening to the boat. It seemed to be... crumbling.
Faryn's own hands clapped over his ears in an attempt to mute the sound, but it had no effect. As the boat passed through the wall and parts of it broke away, the Death Prince, wore an expression similar to Dax's. He was truly afraid. Stumbling in his stride toward the other two royals at the helm, Faryn found himself hugging a cracking mast.

"Jillian! Do you know what--?" he asked, turning to the native of the foreign nation desperately.

[[Happy, happy page 100!!]]

Jillian stood in the doorway of the stairs, utterly pettrified. Much of the boat had already broken away and the stairs were next. He needed to move. He needed to get away. But he couldn't...! FOr some reason, his body wasn't responding to the instructions his mind was screaming.

Move! Get away! Go back! His mouth opened and he tried to form words but - what... what was he supposed to say? What had Faryn said? He... didn't know.

((Nah, Sona, did you see that I replied in Rage? =o ))

"It's just a... headache."
"Well, you don't look fine."

Keeping his head lowered as the young man eyeed the bottom of the pool, Haar frowned slightly to himself. He was more comfortable with the whole bath thing now, but the fact still remained that he was sitting in water-- hot water, but water nonetheless. He realized that he'd still be in water for quite some time, there was nothing he could do to change that, but he could always make...the pool's temperature more suiting to his tastes.

Muttering something incoherent under his breath, Haar placed a hand on bottom of the pool, dragging his fingers around the area he had been sitting. Finishing off the circle with a grin, the young man eyed the fire seal critically, rubbing out a wavering part with his heel before completing the circle once more, watching with a pleased smile as the water within the borders of the seal started to heat up considerabley. It wasn't the most powerful, or difficult, seal to create...but Haar had never placed one under water before. The burnt crimson lines that seemed to follow wherever his fingers touched was a bit messy in some areas because of the water's refraction, but otherwise it had turned out nice. And hot.

"Eh, you sure you're okay? I can take you back to your mom if you want. Besides, I don't think regular headaches cause dizziness," he added in a soft tone, red eyes flickering back towards the almost miserabley-sick looking teen.

Alti tried in vain to follow the other's movements with his slightly glazed orange eyes and was rewarded with an upswing in the pain that was splitting through his head. Groaning, he leaned back over the side of the pool, head resting on his folded arms, and attempted to watch the other through half-lidded eyes.

It sort of worked. He could see Haar moving around, but couldn't get much of a glimpse of what he was actually doing, his range of vision not allowing for any glimpses of the bottom of the bath. A few moments later he felt a deffinite increase in the temperature of the water - he was, after all, quite close to the seal the other had created.

His mind, being quite muddled, was unable to connect Haar's actions with the increase in temperature and he gave the other a confused look. "Wha...?"

Haar looked up, brushing damp strands of dark brown hair away from his eyes. "I said, I can take you back to your room if you want," he repeated, much slower this time. Hopefully Alti would be able to understand him if he said it enough.

Noting the other's entirely confused expression, the young man crossed his arms at his chest, frowning slightly. What was the kid so confused about...? Glancing around, red eyes flickered between his seal and the teen a few times before Haar started to explain what he'd done. "I would get too close if you don't want the water any hotter though. I know I can take the heat but I'm not sure if you can, especially since you're sick."
