Whisper accepted the warmth from the other without much resistance. Normally she wouldn't want to burden others with her problems by having them help her, but at this particular time in her life it seemed like there was no other choice. Her being the way she was made it difficult for her body to heat itself up. Assistance was greatly accepted.

And as she lay there, she also listened to the conversations of those around her. It wasn't that she was eavesdropping... only that she really had nothing else to do. Even if it was decided that she should be moved to a warm den, she wouldn't be able to move in her condition.

As the omega listened, she recognized the voices around her. There was the yellow male that had been dozing off next to her, Helaku, her good friend Ieshia, the one next to her who continued to remain nameless, and... Kouji?! She knew that voice almost as well as her own, having known him for such a long time.

"Kouji?" she murmured, trying to lift her head to get a look at him but having some trouble.

Upon hearing that Whisper was awake and coming around, Laku immediately left Kouji and Ieshia to figure things out to walk over towards Tomoyo and the green she-wolf. "I can assist, if you want, Miss?" he offered to her suggestion of moving Whisper to a warm den. He figured that Ieshia could hunt just fine on her own, especially now that her wound was all healed and such.

Seeing Whisper awake did shift the plans quite a bit, which Ieshia had no trouble with. She had been that way since she was younger, moving her ideas or mind-sets to best help everyone that was there. "Morning, Whisper," Ieshia murmured with a smile toward her friend. Her ears twitched and she glanced at Tomoyo, "I suppose it would be best...though Laku I suppose you'd have to help?" She already knew he would, but the movements he had made along with his verbal offer. She turned to glance at Kouji, "Kouji...why not go with them? I can help you with your woulds after I bring something back for everyone to eat. Is that alright?" She had no intention of being bossy or anything...she just wanted to get it figured out for the best, so everyone could be comfortable and happy. After all, someone had returned to them bringing anther. This should be a time of happyness, not worry.

Everyone seemed to be in agreement. Tomoyo looked to Kouji as Whisper spoke his name.

"Ah. It's me, Whisper."

He sounded soft spoken, as though humbled. Somehow he just knew he was partly responsible for Whisper's need for so much rest.

"That sounds like a good idea. I'll stay with her..." ~I want to find out what happened to her!~

Tomoyo nodded to Helaku and shifted on her paws to rise, nudging Whisper gently to see how well she could or couldn't stand on her own. They might have to carry her.

Helaku nodded agreement with the others then took a step back. He had seen that the older female had tried to nudge Whisp up. Would she be able to stand on her own? If not... then perhaps everyone would have to pitch in to help. Yet it wasn't like the omega was all that heavy, her being in the condition that she was.

And soon everyone's question would be answered: the green female, at the nudge of Kouji's mother, knew exactly what she had to do. She placed her paws underneath her body then attempted to push up. In a heap she didn't look like she was in such a bad condition, but when she was able to lift herself up and stand for a few seconds, Whisper looked absolutely horrid. There seemed to be no fat on her bones, let alone any muscle.

Turning her head around, she looked at Kouji and smiled slightly at him. She could see by the look in his eyes that he was worried and curious. But how could she tell him that this was partly his fault? She just couldn't...

Then she turned back towards Tomoyo. Now that she thought about it, the scent of the older mother-figure seemed somewhat familiar, even if she couldn't quite place it yet. Those golden orbs blinked for a second then in the next instant she took a step towards the forest.

But where was she to go? Her den was much deeper into the packlands...

"Helaku...could you let Whisper stay in your den for now? It is closest. Her's is quite a ways off," Ieshia asked, bringing herself round to the side of where the others stood in a few quick strides. Her dark ears were pricked forward, her gold eyes filled with warmth, but seeming to constantly search the expressions and well-being of the wolves before her. She wouldn't go off to hunt until everything seemed to be on track and going smoothly; it just didn't seem logical for her to do otherwise.
