Kenneth paid no attention to Blake made his way out of the room, once he left Kenneth reapplied the locking and protective spells around the door to keep people out. "I don't think any of us has heard of this woman before today." Kenneth said answering Cerise's question. He started to pace again, "This one random attack on Sparrow plus these sudden and unexpected decrees can't just be coincidences. Until we have more information we can't act without risking the unknown. Hopefully my superiors will quickly track down the information on who she is, until then we bide our time and make certain that our students are safe." In truth Kenneth didn't want to wait, he wanted to go track this woman down and make her pay for attacking Sparrow. That overwhelming urge to punish those who used the Dark Arts was growing harder and harder to ignore. 'Calm down Ken, you can't be rash like that, you'll only make things worse.' A small voice in the back of his mind reminded him. 'You need to investigate whats really going on, one random attack can't be all that she's planning. Remember your training, remember to be ever vigilante as the great Alaster Moody would have said.'

"My dear Kalle we already have an Auror stationed at the school." he kindly reminded her, after all he may still be relatively young, but he knew first hand what it was like to go up against the Dark Arts with your life on the line and survive. True no one in this room knew the entire story of what happened in his past, and he wasn't quite up to sharing that terrible trip down memory lane with them at the moment. "However I do show the same concern you do, and if I know my department like I think I do, they will have that information for me quite quickly. We just need to buy them the time to do so. So in that regards I suggest that we double the protective charms and spells around the common rooms. Make sure that the guardians know to only allow students of the Heads of House''s into the common rooms, even if that means that take damage to themselves. We can always repair the damage to them later." He paused while he considered what other measures they could do, and to give the other Professor's a chance to speak up with their own ideas on how to protect the students.

Kenneth nodded in agreement with Cerise ”Agreed constant vigilance is a must, not only for us but the students as well.” Kenneth was soon interrupted by an owl that came zooming into the lounge form only Merlin know and dropped a letter with the Auror Office’s seal keeping the letter closed. Kenneth quickly picked up the letter and tore open the letter and quickly read over the letter. His anger quickly rising as he came across the part that Desdemona was very much into the Dark Arts and a supporter of Tom Riddle. Once he finished reading he once again re-read the letter this time aloud.

Small and skeletal, she tends to wear clothing that suggests she arrived from a much more frigid climate. Her eyes are permanently narrowed, and are yellow-ish in color. She has short, black, curly hair that frames her face. She resembles something sinister and animal-like. Pureblood, comes from a long line of Pureblood families. Not much is known about family, but believed that they were large supporters of Lord Voldemort. Student at Hogwarts, Slytherin house. Wanted to become Headmistress at a young age, shortly after she graduated. Dark leanings, approves of Dark Arts, therefore denied job. Fled to Siberia for many years, lived there in exile. Unknown what she was plotting or doing there. Swore revenge as she left Hogwarts. Now was recently hired as a trusted advisor to current Headmistress, Lillian Van Nikolai. We have recieved Lillian's signature as proof to this agreement, in accordance with Educational decree number two.”

Once Kenneth finished the letter a second time he set the letter down and decided what he…no…what they should do with this new knowledge.

While Kenneth contemplated what they should do, given this new information, when yet another decree was announced to the entire castle. 'Students would receive detention if they refused to speak ill of Muggles.' This latest decree painted a much clearer picture in his mind, that Desdemona was in fact behind all of these decrees. Which had to mean that she was forcing Lillian to write them, no doubt she had he bewitched to follow orders. "Okay its settled then, we are to increase the protective charms and spells around the castle in various place's to ensure the continued safety of our students. Make sure to remind them all to be vigilant, and to not test the temper of the adviser. I for one will NOT be enforcing any of these decrees nor the ones that are likely to follow. When Desdemona least expects it we will make our move against her and remove her from the castle alive or dead it doesn't matter. I will make sure the Auror Office and the Ministry agrees with what ever actions we take against her. I know they wont lose sleep over one less Dark Art's performer in our world." Kenneth slowly got to his feet, there was only one thing remaining that they had to do, and that was to make sure that they all kept their silence. "Before we end this meeting we each need to take the vow with one another." Since this was Kenneth's idea he would make sure that he went first, so he extended his right arm out and waited for another Professor to do the same.

Now that they had taken the vow it was time for them to go forth and start adding protection to the various place's around the castle. Kenneth pointed his wand at the door and brought down the protective charms he placed around the door and unlocked it. Before he left the lounge he turned to face his fellow professor's once more said, "Remember consent vigilance." then left the room on his way toward Gryffindor Tower.

When Kenneth finally reached his room in the Professor's Lounge he was dead on his feet. It took all he had left to pull back the sheets on his bed, strip down and climb into bed. Once there it didn't take him long to pass out, as if someone had given his the same sleeping potion he had given Lillian. Hell he should have taken one as well, that way he would be assured a good nights sleep, no doubt he would have dreams of tonight's events, but they would pale in comparison to his others nightmares. This was not the first night that he wished Aludra could share the same bed as him, not that he had the energy to do anything tonight, it was just the comforting feeling of her presence that he needed tonight.
