Boom~

"Hm..?"
Light had been walking through the streets on his way for the castle until he heard an unsettling explosion somewhere nearby. Was it the Vaste Lorde again? No, that couldn't be. There would have been some sort of trace of their aura unless they were completely masking it. It was worth a little investigating, the half-angel thought.

Slipping into an alleyway, Light followed the source of the noise, weaving himself between the buildings and streets to approach where he thought he heard the commotion. His white coat did little to conceal his frame or identity but his aura level would remain small and compressed as usual to "blend in" with the other beings that inhabited Riverrun. Essentially he wouldn't appear to be any sort of threat unless one glanced into his eyes. They would certainly give away his stripes.

"My..."
Now this was intriguing. Light had come to arrive at the old arena he heard Inferno had managed. Light came to Riverrun after it had been destroyed so he wasn't exactly sure what to expect now. Regardless he wouldn't be caught off-guard now and perhaps out of respecting the dead, Light wished to make sure no one was trashing the place even further. But apparently he was a little late, seeing as how the door was forced open. Light would reach his left hand over his shoulder, gripping the hilt of Fuuinshin firmly while keeping his right hand loose and ready as he walked ahead. With his eyes concealed by his shades, Light glanced around as he moved ahead, noting the hall way where the fighters and patrons most likely waited to get into the stands or the arena itself. He noticed the ruins of what looked to be a fine arena, now littered with broken structures and odd mechanical gadgets. Just what was going on here...? And did the voices he heard up ahead belong to friends or foe?

User Image Takehitsu listened intently and watched he knew all too well how a person could get lost in expiraments. "Well you're enemy's are my enemy's, thus we are ally's and considering our opponents are far more powerful then my list of allies, which is incredibly small. I've come to see if you wished to assist me. Also seeing as of you are an inventor of things like myself I also believe I could give you a place you can stay without people dropping in like this. May be we could share ideas sometime as well. Aside from all that, the arena's owner has now become an enemy of this city so in the city's honor I have come to obliterate it. If you wish to come to my tower in which you and I shall be it's only residents I will assist you in moving everything there and in a manner not conspicuos so no one will know what you have been doing." Takehitsu finished his offer and proclamation before he heard the slight snapping sound within a hand gripping a sword hilt tightly.

He spinned quickly and dropped into a shadow to surprise anyone coming through the door. He then shimmied up the corner on the wall and held himself so he was invisible to those around him. His senses became more alert and he was aware aomeone had followed him in. He had no true energy signature and while his cloak was on he was hidden from everyone and everything lest they see him physically.

Senther would Raise a brow slightly, as his head was constantly turning from the man to his right foot where he shuffled towards a peddle like trigger. He then stamped his foot in attempt to press it, unfortunately he missed the first time but quickly stamped his foot again as he finally hit the peddle. As he did so the power cable lit up as a small digital meter read that the energy levels had sky rocketed. The whole weapon seemed to glow with that strange blue mist as he would have been listening to the mans proposal. He was re leaved it wasn't some old fans of the arena perhaps coming in to check on the place, that wouldn't have gone well at all. As the man finished his small speech Senther began to ponder over it.

He then nodded slightly before returning with his own vocals. "It sounds most generous, I would like to be of help but I know and by the sounds of it you do also, that I am far too "weak" to be of much aid. Although I suppose I could at least help in anyway that I can, I accept your offer Sir--?" Senther stated as he awaited a name, but this was cut short as The man before him suddenly began to act slightly defensive, as though something had caught his attention which Senther couldn't sense or hear. He looked towards his glowing rifle and then towards the area in front of him. He brought the rifle up to shoulder height as he looked down the cross hair of the gun, taking aim towards the entrance that the Man in black had entered from. If the gun caused that much damage without a proper energy boost, this was bound to turn a few heads if Senther was to fire.

Rose found herself once again in her hidden chamber. The room was round, making it so that no normal being would reside here, as they would slowly be driven into insanity. There were no windows; no doors to the outside world of any sort. The room had just one recliner, that of which appeared to be heavily used. Some tears were formed along the edges, but otherwise than that, it seemed in okay condition. Beside that chair lay a small side-table, with a lamp and dusty book on it. Rose knew that book well, for she had studied it for nearly a decade. She knew all of its secret passages and compartments, and also what lie in it. Inside this book lay many riddles, all of which are dictated in many a language, making it severely difficult or any other to understand.

On the opposite side of the chamber lay an ornate bookshelf, encasing old, ornate tomes. One book stood out the most, for it was green, unlike the rest of the books, all who were encased in skins and cloth of that of a brown or reddish hue. This book, in itself, gave information that would normally baffle the reader.

Rose went straight to her desk, placed just to her right. Mumbling to herself, she brought out some schematics and closely studied them. She had been entirely wrong about Riverrun, and the layouts. What she had found out was indeed correct: there was a massive fight and the entire city was re-arranged. She would have to draw everything out again, this time a little more up-to-date. "That wall was rebuilt in another location, so it'd have to be several meters West of its original location... and tilted nearly 3 degrees, so that it is leaning Northbound...." she continued on. Her thoughts trailed back to the strange character, Senther, that she had met. He was a man of science; perhaps he would be of help. Shaking her head at the thought of a man helping her, she put herself back to work, coming up with weapon designs and the sort along the way. Her favorite that she had created so far was her rapier; her most ornate design yet. The blade was of a titanium alloy, making it more durable than anything that the world knew of as of late.

A picture found its way into her mind. It was that of how she could reinforce the blade to cut the skin of that of a Vaste Lorde, since her arm blade obviously did not work. Spellbound gemstones were an idea that she had been working on for months. Perhaps with a little bit of Senther's help....

Rose stood up and started pacing, furious with herself. Once again the idea of another scientist helping her had entered her mind, and she didn't want to embrace it. She had worked alone most of her life, and she was determined to keep it that way.

Steadily Light walked ahead with little intention of silencing his footsteps. He would prefer any aggressor to prepare themselves so that if it came down to a fight Light could deal with things quickly. But alas, as Light emerged from the hallway, he was greeted by the barrel of an intriguing looking rifle. On a quick, & further observation he noticed that it the one Seijuro had apparently wanted to fight with earlier.

"You..."

After an intent moment of staring down Senther's rifle, Light straightened his composer and relinquished his grip of Fuuinshin, his arms folding over his chest as he crossed them.
"Just what's going on here...?"

Light glanced to the side, wondering if this man was talking to himself or to the machines as well as why he had set up his equipment here.

Struggling to find the individual who he was told was in this city the lone warrior continued to drudge silently among the crowds

After some time he decided to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city's main streets and ducked down a dark and damp alleyway
"I hate places like this" he sighed to himself as he leaned up against the only dry part of the wall.

But suddenly something causes his senses to stir like wildfire
Slowly he breaths deeply and all becomes still
"This feeling....It has to be him" He said as he exhaled and charged down the alleyway crossing streets and dodging between buildings and drunk traders.

Soon enough he gets to a massive destroyed structure
"An arena?....i had no idea this was even here" He said as he gazed up at it
But he knew he was not alone, as soon as he entered the area he felt the aura of a few warriors and so it became difficult to determine the one he was looking for
"At least he is somewhere around here" He said as he chuckled to himself and began to slowly advance apon the imposing structure.

Halibel and Inferno now saw the dimension door open up in front of them and they both had walked through and now stepped onto the ground and small dust kicked up and they were now directly in front of the crushed down dome. Halibel stared down the dome and spoke without looking at Inferno. "Be careful now, We cannot report to Lord Stark in bad condition. Show me what you can do Inferno." She stated saying that in a more confident voice because as odd as it was she also had much confidence in Inferno's abilities for even though she doubted him a bit, She knew Stark and even Ulquiorra chose him for a reason and she expected him as well to have her back 100% because even though she never gave off the impression she had his back 100% for Halibel was one who did not let her comrades down, That was the thing about Vaste Lorde even though they NEVER really gave off the impression except for Kaien they stick together and that is what makes them the most Fatal Force alive. "I won't be telling you what to do, but I expect you to handle things in your best judgements." She stated as the giant dome was right in front of them.

Inferno stood next to Halibel, but he felt something weird. He didn't noticed the fresh air, nor did he care. He looked at his home, the dome without emotion. As Halibel spoke to him he nodded. He was pleased to hear about her not giving orders and knew he won't disappoint her. His head was still hurting, but not enough to distract him. Inferno looked at the ground, then towards the dome as he noticed the door where broken open. "Someone is here...", he said knowing Halibel already knew. It had been so long since he has laid foot around his home, this is where it all started for Inferno. Inferno would trust Halibel as she would trust him but to be honest it wasn't likely anything serious was going to happen. However he was prepared if something did.

No one knew more about the Dome than Inferno, so if there was anything under it they would find it without any problems. Inferno's arms rested at his sides for a moment before he took normal steps towards the door expecting Halibel to be right next to him. Unless she preferred a different rout. There was no need for any flashy entrance or introduction. They were here for one thing, and one thing only. Inferno finally arrived at the broken doors, before walking in. May whatever god the group in Inferno's dome believes in protect them, or a wrath like no other would be upon them...

Halibel and Inferno had slowly entered through the front door now, Halibel now stood directly at the door way, Weather Inferno continued onwards more in was up to him, She stood there and was watching the area it seemed to be more like a lab than a dome. It was similar to Szayel's but of course much less advanced. She simply watched everything and already felt the presence of fighters within. Halibel enjoyed a good fight but hardly found anyone to even get her to draw her blade need alone go beyond 5 moves. With what she was feeling so far she figured it was the same in this manner so Halibel felt no excitment and merely stood at the doorway allowing Inferno to do as he pleased. His Haoru.. It's gaining more...Could it be this area? Making it grow more?.. Nonetheless the more it grows the stronger it becomes.. Much better for me. Halibel watched Inferno for a bit and the area as well now. Surely they would have detected already and Halibel saw it fit to destroy the area in order to get underneath.

User Image Takehitsu dropped slowly and tapped lights shoulder. He knew the man well, "Please light I have little time, This arena is to be eradicated before it can be used against us, for our good friend Inferno is now with them. Also my name is Takehitsu, Senther you will be of more assistance than you think." Takehitsu took three small slabs of metal from an unseen pouch. These will read the database and basically store all of your things you have ten minutes to storer it all." He stated then mumbled, "I just got a bad feeling all of a sudden." He looked back at the door smelling but not getting anything. "I'm going to the central location to place my bomb. Light help out Senther, so this can be done with faster. Also if it's no trouble, Light would you join the team I'm forming against the Vaste Lordes. You're looking at two of us as is." Takehitsu waited for a response but regardless of the response he would afterwards walk to the observation area which was directly next to the office area.

His uncomfertable feelings came not from knowledge of anyone else being present but merely facts as well as emotion. It has always been noted that when people start showing up in a place where someone has plans that the people not wanted tend to show up and spoil everything. He didn't want this to occur so he jumped into action. It was his way to do things, action over words. He felt like Inferno was still in the arena, a part of him lived here and it was dishonorable. Takehitsu wanted to rid that. Dishonor was the worst thing anyone could ever have. In his own mind he was helping both Riverrun and giving Inferno a goodbye worthy of his title and at the same time destroy the Arenas use against Riverrun.

He then jumped down into the center of the crumbled arena. Stadium. The stadium was the direct center of the great dome thus any bomb would have the most success right here. He also knew that he could make a bomb that would work in an adverse manner from anything Inferno would have expected while constructing the building. He would make the building dissapear and degrade into natural materials such as dirt and manners of plant rich nutrients. That way the battledome would become a park or something. In here he planned on raising a stone in honor of the former Inferno, but this wasn't to be until the Vaste Lordes fell. Takehitsu began to let his engine run as strange tubes began to get constructed in seconds there where three tubes the size of a mans leg filled with strange liquids. Various hoses and wires where being connected by hand and the timer had already started.

Light's eyes shifted to look at Takehitsu, for once surprised by something. Fortunately Light felt no malice from him and wouldn't be quick to attack. Even if he felt no malevolent emotion, it was unwise to get so close to the half-angel if one were attacking. Regardless, Light listened to his comrade and frowned at the mention of Inferno having turned into a Vaste Lorde.
"So they won't even let their enemies die in peace..."

Catching Senther's name in the brief explanation from Takehitsu, Light would glance back to the dark elf, immediately stepping forward to help him. Why would he rush things? It was a simple and grim answer, really.

"They're here...."
Light would assist Senther any way he could as he kept calm. Perhaps too calm, given the scenario that would no doubt happen. Also he had sensed someone else approaching before them. Had fate brought these individuals to the arena? Or was it by chance? What was certain was that Light now had the resolve to fight the Vaste Lorde again. He had no ties to Riverrun itself but he was loyal to his comrades. If they were to fight then so would he. Also...if Inferno really had become the enemy it was Light's duty to confront him, just as he did David.

Senther would nod slightly, he didn't fully understand the tech himself but aslong as it did its job he would be happy. Suddenly Senther's eyes widened, those golden hues shrinking to that of a pin head, he could hear his own heart beat as it seemed to stop for a moment. Something was here, but it was so close that it shocked Senther enough to paralyze him for a second. His body tensed as suddenly he began to store things quickly. "Uh, Light, is it? Could you help store everything except the large metallic pod?" Senther stated in a hasted tone. He was now worried, and was planning a little surprise for the great power source that he felt coming closer to them.

The reason he asked for the large pod to be left out for the time being was because it was currently powering the modified rifle, He quickly unloaded the normal round and pulled forth a strange glass coated bullet, with constantly moving metal fragments within it, this was one of Senther's main creations which had yet to be tested. He Loaded the Bullet into the rifle and then aimed at the entrance everyone seemed to be coming through. The bullet Senther loaded was specifically designed for this sort of rifle, as the magnets would clash together it would break the glass and in turn send the constantly turning fragments of glowing metal at an alarming rate towards the target. From what Senther had theorized, once the glass has been broken and the gathering of metal has been fired, it would broaden after ten feet and then from a magnetic pull within the center, it would cause all of the metallic fragments to clash, releasing a large amount of pent up forces. Which in turn, once it makes contact with a surface it'll begin to flux, the energies would push out and because of the shape of the bullet, it'd act like a drill of matter, making it possible to break down even energy related barriers and shells.

Senther was thinking this could pierce, even seriously damage and or wound the energy make up of a Vaste Lord, and now may be the only chance to test this theory, and with the energy boost from the large electrical pod, it'd propel the bullet even faster then originally calculated, roughly twenty times faster. It would break the sound barrier easily and ... possibly cause more damage then Senther could have Calculated, but it was a risk he was willing to take to further heighten his research, and allow him to possibly perfect this technology. Senther would stand ready, a cold bead of sweat dripping down his temple as he awaited the first sign of the Vaste Lord(s), his fear was spread over what would happen after he fires, and the fact that it may leave him open to an attack from the Vaste Lord's, He waited, as everything else was already packed up.

As he walked towards the destroyed dome, something stopped him in his tracks.
The energy that came out of nowhere shocked all his senses and caused his heart to burn.

Someone or Something has appeared. Drawing his omnimous looking blade out of instinct he immediately takes a defensive stance as he tries to make sense of what was going on.

A few seconds pass before he regains his composure and slams his sword into the ground which causes cracks to appear 5 meters from where it was planted before putting his hands together and cracking his knuckles and then his neck aswell before plucking his blade from the ground.

"And here i thought that this trip was going to be boring...."he says with a smile on his face as he moves towards the other end of the dome with small traces of lightning now arcing between his hand and his blade.

Inferno lead the way, since it was his home Dome. Inferno sensed the others as well, and knew they were expecting him and Halibel. Suddenly an orange sphere ignited in front of Inferno's chest. Swirling and spiraling into a bright burning orb. This was a burning cero. Senther fired his weapon and the instant he did a huge explosion had happened. Inferno had released his cero as an introduction. The group won't be able to tell do to the fact they couldn't see it pass the explosion. The smoke departed, and cleared a path as foot steps could be heard. It was none other than Inferno's. Though his new white Sutaku mask, Inferno's burning reddish oranges eyes glared at them all. His eyes were fierce and emotionless.

The smoke finally cleared as it showed the aftermath. Inferno was there without a scratch on his new Vaste Lorde outfit. All around him, the walls and floor was critically damaged. Inferno looked over his shoulder back at Halibel giving her a hint there was another missing, that other was Takehitsu. Inferno then turned to reface the group that was already there. Halibel would most likely go after Takehitsu if she pleased, otherwise Inferno was capable of handling himself in battle if one were to occur. Inferno's eyes pierce d straight to Light, his old comrade. It was clear as day Inferno was being forced against his will to hunt down what he gave his life to protect. For some reason, the sight of Light didn't bother Inferno.

No memories, no thoughts, nothing was inside Inferno's head right now. He was changing into the one thing he hated, a Vaste Lorde. Inferno's will however attempted to stop this madness, and in doing so if anyone looked at Inferno's fist . It struggled to move and yet not move. It was twitching, not only out of anger, but out of desperation. What would Riverrun's new defenders do now that they have come face to face with one of their own? Suddenly the temperature in the room took a jump around Inferno. There were indeed turning out for the worst as Inferno's eyes locked on to both Senther and Light.
