((Not to want to be biased here. But if you knew the machines would leave you with not enough Magic power to get through the amilet, why cast? You could save up some MP?))

((Feh, I'm not used to this magic thing. But looking back that makes a whole lot of sense. I suppose I could explain it away by saying that she did not know the properties of the amulet and so attacked anyway. But that would be an excuse. I keep it in mind for next time.))

((Raven only has one spell, that of energy burst, which will always cost only one, so it doesn't really matter if she saves her mp or not.))

Kail'igen walks upon the arena field. He once again feels the power flux begin to warp around his magical energy and defenses. Kail'igen marveled at how much chance this brought to the field of battle. He wondered if it would help him, or harm him this round. "Well by a strange twist of Circumstances we face off once again luc. Since you went first last battle I will go first this time around. Let us begin." And with that Kail shoots off a tremendous energy burst as he feels the magical energy of the power flux flow into him.
Magic = 12+5-2= 15

Luc, feeling refreshed and ready to battle Kail yet again, walks onto the battlefield. "Ready for another battle Kail?" Luc said feeling more confident this round, and hoping that the flux generators will help him out.
(Once again, I'm very sorry I haven't been on very much. I've been really busy.)
Luc's over confidence fails him, as he tries his hardest to summon lots and lots of magical power. Taking far too long he's blasted across the arena and lands in the bleachers next to the others. Smoking, and probably emmitting radiation he loses the battle.
(Lol no point in trying to hurt you, there's nothing I can do. Nice one hitter Kail.)

Gerbo, with an added burst of magic, was able to cast a spell and use his amulet to completely block Ravens attack. Raven however was not so lucky, getting blasted by Gerbo's Energy burst for 9 damage. (18-9=9)

"Crap, I might have over done it." Kail'igen runs over to where Luc had be rocketed by his attack. "Luc are you alright! With how this power flux works I never know what my magical strength might be." Kail attempts to help get Luc to his feet.

Raven, once again drained by the flux generators, prepares a feeble defence. She also blasts off an energy blast, but one so weak she doubted she could kill a goblin with it.
Spell: Energy Blast (10+1-5=6=12 damage)

((Gah, what is with these flux generators?!! Do they not like me.........wait..........no, they favor Gerbo! Wait...how could something random favor someone. *Begins doing complex calculus but instead ends up with a headache))
