I can't believe Rowling killed off Fred. I've figured if she wasn't going to kill Ron off, but another Weasley, I knew she go for one of the twins...still can't believe she did that. And I dun't like she killed Remus and Tonks. Leaving their child orphaned like that. D:
My favorite scene? When Percy comes back. It was so funny. : D
Overall, it was a good book. I'm wanting to re-read it again.

Dobby was sad, but I just though Harry having to face that was even harder. Poor Dobby. crying

I just got the book today (it came late in the pre-order), and have only read the first chapter. I do know what happens in the book though. I think I'm going to take my time reading it. 3nodding

Speaking of the whole Dobby thing, what did everyone think of that scene where Harry dug Dobby's grave with a spade? I thought it was a very heavy and emotional scene that was described perfectly.

Dobby's death was the only one in the book which was actually done with emotional depth. Rowling tends to gloss over the deaths- starting with sirius's so that you can't get the full emotional impact which is my only real critique of her work.

Rowling tends to gloss over the deaths- starting with sirius's so that you can't get the full emotional impact which is my only real critique of her work. Yeah. But Harry's was done pretty well too. And you have to remember she probably wanted to keep it shorter then the fifth book.
