Ness landed gently onto a spot of the swamps. She took a good look around before trusting it safe to tread about. She was always very careful nowadays since her first venture out there which had been at the time out of curiosity.
This visit wasn't out of curiosity. No wait.. the author lies. It was a curiosity; but a different kind of curiosity drew her there. It had been somewhat of a week or more since she had been there. Somehow, his memory and scent lingered in her mind. It was inescapable. In an effort to help herself rid her mind of such obsessive thinking, she thought perhaps a visit would help assuade those inner feelings that she avoided like the plague.
She then walked around to where there was a small coffee shop. She sniffed around trying to find his scent; though with more coffees running about.. it was mingled. "EQUIS??? ARE YOU HOME? I BROUGHT YOU SOMETHING!!!"

Equis was in his usual spot, up to his chest in the energy supplement bog. Face lowered as he drank.
The markings on his body and horns gleamed brightly, fueled by the swamp’s caffeine.
Ears fanning backwards, he blinked, having not expected to hear the sound of someone calling him.
Lifting his head up he scanned around the aria, eyes resting on a figure far over by one of the Swamps buildings.
Narrowing his eyes to try and make it out. He sloshed him way out of the bog. Calling back over
“Over here, what do you want?”

Happy that she found exactly who she came for. She flicked her wings a little, gliding her way over to where he was. "Well... my friend... I was just thinking to myself today how boring nad annoyed some people were making me. Then, I felt like an itching to get out an do something different."
She walked up close to him, gently swaying her shoulder into the side of his arms which were rather large compared to her size. "I thought to myself.. I wonder what EQUIS is doing... because Equis is never boring.. and I can't say I've ever gone home disappointed." She smirked then pulling out of her wristband a long slick black oval shaped gadget with a long white cord attached that had little round buds on the end. She held it up with one arm and pulled on the earbuds with her other hand. She had a wide grin that was friendly and ready for something fun.
"And... I brought YOU a present... just because I happen to like you so much." She said as she winked up at him with a flirtatious smile.

yup, it was definitely Ness, though he didn't need to sit though all the talking she always did to figure that out. luckily his eyes worked just fine. he smirked as she landed by him. sitting down and watching her as she talked.
when she held up the strange object he raises an eyebrow.
"oh really?" he said smoothly, lowering himself down and tilting his head slightly.
"well I'm honored you hold me in sigh high regard"

mmm.. "Yes.. I do hold you in high regards. In fact.. you are probably in the top three of my most favorite numas of whos company I've had the fun and pleasure of being in." She said it as she bowed and winked up at him.
Then, she stopped fooling around long enough to help him see what a nifty gift it was she brought for him. "This ... is a MP3 player. I got it from my human. It has music in it.. and when you press... This button" She held it up to show him. "It will play music..." She then fluttered herself with her wings up high enough to pop the little ear buds in his ears. And, then she remained fluttering close to the level of his head, holding onto the player.
She pressed play, and then she turned the volume down. "What do you think? You like it?" She was rather eager and excited.
