Private RP Between Thona and Dubhán
 Dubhán flicked his tail. He was annoyed. He had never been in this part of the forrest before, and he didn't know the area very well. Catching prey was proving to be harder than he thought.
He scanned the area around him to see if there was anything here that could help him in his hunt. The big dark trees looming over him didn't seem to be any help to him, and the moon was big and glowing tonight, making even his black body visible. He scowled. He wanted food, and he wanted it now.
Hearing something behind him, he turned around in the blink of an eye, somehow without making any sound. He had been lucky. There was a little rabbit, obviously not aware of the danger sitting just a few feet away, lurking in the shadow. Normally, he would have loved the chase, but he was getting impatient. In an instant, he was over it. He loved the feeling of his sharp teeth cutting through the flesh of the animal, and the muffled screams that soon died. This was life.

Thona had been stalking a lovely rabbit for some time. Oh, this was going to be fun. He wanted to play with it. Torture it, then eat it. He watched it not knowing that someone else had zoned in on the rabbit as well. He was about to make his move when, out of no where some other creature got to it first.
He snarled as he watched the black creature start eating his food. This is what pissed him off the most. His tail flicked and he came out from hiding. "That was mine." His said showing his teeth. He was in no mood for someone to take his pray. His ears were down and he was making a low growling sound as he watched the other.
At first he didn't notice the other had a long tail as him. Infact, he couldn't tell the other had spots at the moment. Well, it was night. The moon was bright, but not bright enough to show the hidden features of the other. He snarled again. His furr fluffed up abit as he glared at the other.

 At the sound of another male voice, Dubhán snarled, blood dripping from the corners of his mouth. He slowly raised his eyes from his prey, his eyes narrowing dangerously. He was not inviting guests over for dinner tonight.
At the sight of the other ulaya, his eyes widened slightly, only to narrow even more than before. The stranger was standing in full moonlight, not hidden by the shadows of the trees like Dubhán himself, and the features were as clear as if it had been full daylight. The male in front of him was a leopard. His ears flat down to his skull, and muscles twitching to jump at the creature in front of him "Was being the keyword" he spat out "It's not my fault that you're an incompetent hunter".
Returning to his meal, he ignored the leopard, praying for him that he would just leave.

 He didn't know why that pissed him off so much, but it did. He growled again. He didn't say anything but watched the other closely. How dare he say that. As soon as he was mad, he went into his normal mood. His evil grin came on. "Oh? Incompetent... How amusing."
He, of course, thought he would do a better job of any type of hunting then this idiot. Of course, the other had a slight advantage for being black, but that didn't stop Thona a all. His tail's end moved ever so slightly. "Is that what you say to everyone when you take their pray?"
"Pittiful. Very pittiful. You can't even catch your own. You have to take others food?"

Realizing that he wouldn't be allowed to finish his meal in peace, Dubhán got up slowly, stretching his back, looking as bored as ever. He really had better things to do than deal with this loser of a leopard.
"Actually, you should be honored that I'm wasting my breath" he said as he started cleaning himself, watching the leopard out of the corner of his eye, his own tail flicking back and forth.
At the others remark about him being pitiful, he quirked an eyebrow "Well I didn't see you trying to get it" smirking cruelly at the other ulaya, he continued "But by all means, if you crave the rabbit so much, DO take it" in a flash of an eye he picked up the bloody leftovers of what had been the rabbit, and threw it in his face.

This could be a fun game. Indeed, it would be. He kept a grin on his face allowing the rabbit to hit it. "I think I will pass, seeing how something disgusting had been chewing on it." He whiped his face off with his paw and rupped it off onto a plant next to him.
" I'm not honored on the likes of you. If you want me to honor you, you've got to prove your self honorable." He said looking at his claws, but keeping the other in his total attention. "But even then, I don't think I would honor you." he added.
He wanted to see how far he could push this one. He felt like a fight anyhow. What better way to have one. Piss them off, then attack. Just like that goddess that he had a toe with. Though, at the time, he didn't know she was a Goddess. But even then, he didn't think it would have stopped him. He really didn't fear them as others did.

"So disgusting" Dubhán mimicked in a high pitched voice, before returning to his own lower pitched growl "Wow... that stung. No really..."
He rubbed his left eye slightly on his shoulder. A habit he had picked up when the scar that cut across his right side was still fresh, and starting to grow itchy. "Whatever could possibly made you think that I would need proof of one of your kind" he half snarled, spitting the word "your" out like it was contagious.
He really didn't know why he was still here, talking to this creature, so much a like himself, yet so different. He should have walked away. Perhaps it was his pride that kept him back. Perhaps he was interested in this other ulaya... it had been a while since he had last seen others like himself. Or maybe he was just up for a fight.

He laughed. "Oh, so you think your better then everyone else?" he said simply. Enjoying this very much. He lived off the anger of others. It felt so good to make other's pissed. Though, he would soon get inraged himself, though it took alot to get him angry.
"I'm sure your no better then the rest." He said. "All talk, nothing more." again very casual as if they were having a very nice chat about the weather.

He snarled, half bemused, half annoyed at the other ulaya. "I don't think I'm better than everyone else. I simple don't care. I have lived without anybodys admiration and proof my entire life, and I certainly don't need it know."
He started to lick the half dried blood that was still stuck on his claws away, silently enjoying the salty taste that still lingered. Not looking up from his work, he continued "I guess that does make me better than everyone else. Pitiful creatures relying on others praise"
"I'm all talk?" he just as casually replied "You were the one talking about "your" bunny that I took... You're the one just talking..."

There was only one thing that could snap Thona into anger fast, and that was being called what he just was called. He didn't just talked, he backed up his mouth. Yet, he still didn't show his anger. He grinned. Oh yes... This was going to be fun. Yes... yes, it was.
With out warning, Thona Jumped at the other, claws extended only enough to poke the other, not rip through his fur.

To say that Dubhán had expected the other ulaya's reaction would be a lie. However, as soon as the other was over him, he was ready for fight. He wasn't sure what had made the other male snap, but then again, he didn't really care either.
Mirroring the other's move, he too had his claws out, only extended enough to hurt, not rip... even this was an immense show of self-control from his side. Letting one claw swish through the air toward the yellow face above him, he successfully managed to get the nuisance off him.
With a flash, he was up again. Narrowing his yellow eyes, he snarled loudly, baring his sharp fangs. He circled the other male slowly, searching for an oppertunity to attack. His tail was swishing dangerously behind him. He smiled cruelly as he felt the adrenalin rush through his body. He had it coming now...

Thona got up rather casually. It was all part of his game. He had an evil grin on his face as he watched the other circle him. He wasn't watching his face. No, he was watching his muscles. Though, hard to see at night, he was use to it and could see all too well. Now just noticing his tail, but not thinking anything of it at all.
Attention fully on the other's body. Waiting. Waiting for the other to attack, though he was fully ready. He'd been in many fights and had yet to find his match, so the odds looked good. His tail hung stil as ever.
His peridot eyes glowed lightly in the dark as he continued to wait.

Dubhán growled slightly when he realized that the other ulaya wasn't taking this seriously. It was probably just a game to him. He was trying to get a kick out of making Dubhán pissed. Well, he though, if that is what he want, that was what he was about to get.
Dubhán had been in plenty of fights. He had to be a tough ulaya if he wanted to survive completely on his own. At first he has walked out of every fight battered and broken, although none of these scratches had ever been as critical as the scar he had across his eye. He knew he could take down the opposing male.
As he walked into the shadow of a tree, all you could see of him was his narrow yellow eyes. He pounced. He caught some fur between his jaws, and felt a second rush of andrenalin at the feeling.

This was getting better already. Watching the other go into the darker darkness as if he wouldn't be able to see him. He smirked. He let the other pounce at him again. Letting out a fake, yet convencing, yelp of pain out of his mouth. He turned as quickly as he could.
Slashing at the other. He still wasn't even giving it is all. Though, soon he knew he would have to. He wanted to fight this loser. He slashed again seeing how the first time missed. He aimed straight for the other's face. This time he was craving blood. He wanted to see blood now.
It was now time for the real fight to come out. He didn't care anymore. His interested was lost, and it was time to move on.

When the first claw came his way, Dubhán had expected it, and had successfully gotten out of the way. The other time, however, he wasn't as lucky. The claw struck him on the side of his face, and he could feel a warm stream make its way down his cheek.
Something within him snapped. This wasn't a petty fight of two ulayas that had simply rubbed each other the wrong way anymore. This was a fight for honor and pride. And he was not about to let the yellow male win.
Letting any control he had left go, he gave a sounding snarl as he attacked the other male with almost full force. He knew better than to give it his all in the first part, but he wanted to take the other down as fast has he could. He snapped after the other male's throat, but missed. Instead, he sunk his claws into the shoulder of the other ulaya, trying to get him down.
