Definatly... he's gay, but probably bi, but if bi, mostly gay. ((I know he came out one of the closet one day. The hit it off with a booby shake))

In a recent episode, "My Scrubs" a reformed drug addict said it was hard staying straight, and the Todd came up behind him an said, "Tell me about it," and looked at his butt. So I'm pretty sure he's bi.

Todd is an interesting character sweatdrop
For the most part it's easy just to see him as The Todd, but actually looking at his actions and the things he says (example: "Hot is hot" or something like that) he's probably bisexual.

I say he's bi. The one episode where he came out with the fact that he was gay, he ended with "Chicks love gay dudes." Also when he was walking through the hallway saying "Nothing wrong with that." to himself when anyone passed him, regardless of gender.
