Looks: Sommer is a short girl with a height of five foot three. Her hair is a pale whitish color, and she keeps it cropped short, since it is easier to take care of that way. With her pale complexion and light green eyes she appears almost Irish but is actually German descend.
Personality: Sommer is a very easy going person, that tends to trust maybe a bit too easily. She tries to see the best in people and is always willing to lend a helping hand without asking for favors in return. Though she hopes that someone will be there for her if she is ever in trouble.
At home and at work she has a strict moral code she was raised with, and is usually not very willing to compromise. Being neat, fair and in control is the best way in her opinion to have a happy family and a happy work environment. Though neither is lacking warmth or love either.
While taking work very serious, Sommer also enjoys her days off. There is nothing she likes more than lazying her day away on the couch with a good book. She tries to enjoy the simpler things in life, though with a bit of encouraging she can definitely be convinced to do some crazy stuff too.
History: Having lost her parents at an early age, Sommer was raised by her grandparents. Her childhood was a happy one, doing many things that most children these days do not. Her grandparents were homely people, preferring to do things themselves before getting help or going to a store. Early on she was taught everything she needed to know to run a household, and once she turned fourteen she was allowed to help in her grandparents coffee shop as well. That experience will always stay with her, it started her love for coffee and anything related to it.
Once she turned eighteen her grandparents told her to go out into the world, to make a living of her own. They wanted her to build new experiences, and whether she failed or succeeded didn’t matter, she always had a home to return to. But she had to at least try. How exactly she managed to end up on Midori, Sommer doesn’t know, but she did manage to find a job as a manager in a coffee shop again, which supplies her with enough of an income to live.
